Structural Engineering is a special branch of Civil Engineering/Applied Mechanics which focuses on the use of the analysis and design of various structure that includes residential building, public building, bridges, roof trusses, and its components like walls, beams, columns and foundation. The scope is not limited to only design of the structure it also includes dynamic forces like wind analysis, earthquake and ensure the stability and safety of the structures. It is also concerned with developing the new materials for its use as an engineering material the students pursuing this course study about ideas and various research methods to prevent any damage to structure during entire design period of the structure it should stand without cracks and excessive deformation. Further, it also includes the repair and rehabilitation of the distressed structures. With the increase in infrastructure demand all over the world including India, professionals with Structural Engineering are in high demand in Core companies, MNC consultancy firms, Government sectors, Railways and Bridge construction as well as in academics and R & D sectors.

LLB Programs An LLB, or Bachelor of Laws, is the professional law degree awarded after completing undergraduate education. In most countries, holding an LLB with additional accreditation, allows for the practice of law. Mechanical Engineering is one of the oldest branches that has prevailed since the emergence of humanity. The development of humanity was fastened with the initial applications of mechanical tools like the wheel, pulley and several other which has led to the inventions of large vehicles and heavy machinery like the airplane, ships, grinders, etc. The foundation of every device that we use today is an application of mechanical Engineering directly or indirectly.
At Marwadi University – the Best Mechanical Engineering College in Rajkot student is taken through innovative learning processes where a large number of labs have been set up equipped with the latest machinery. The only aim of the Mechanical Engineering Department is to facilitate the students with real scenarios rather than just bookish learning. Major labs and workshops offer wide opportunities for practicing and learning the concepts of mechanical engineering through a hands-on practice session for creating, integrating and maintaining the mechanical components that are responsible for driving huge machinery.

This is a three years course following semester system. In three years, consisting six semesters, each semester will be consisting subjects each with 48 hours of classroom interactions. A typical week will be of FIVE working days and of 30 hours, including classroom teaching, library sessions and other assignments and practicing sessions.

PG program “Electric Vehicle” is carefully designed to produce skilled and talented manpower required for the Electric Vehicle (EV) industries. Graduate from any eligible branch can enroll for the course. On fulfillment of all requirement, post graduate degree of M.Tech in Electrical Engineering will be conferred with specialization in “Electric Vehicle”.
