Objectives

Bachelor of Science in Physics is an undergraduate three-year (six semesters) degree course that mainly focuses on reasoning, understanding and improving the scientific world through keen and systematic observations. The course mainly deals with providing an in-depth understanding of the concepts and details about how laws of physics work. It offers adequate scope with regard to higher education as well as career. There exist ample master level courses for candidates who are interested in higher education. Apart from this, the candidate can seek career opportunities in Research organizations and other related areas. The higher education after B. Sc Physics increases the proximity to get into a high designation job withrewarding compensation packages.

BSc (Physics) graduates will be able to

• Interpret the knowledge of the consequences of physics to manage projects in multidisciplinary environment.
• Apply the principles of physics to solve problems in interdisciplinary fields of science.

BBA (Hons.) is a 3- year undergraduate programme divided in six semesters where each semester consists subjects with 48 hours of classroom interactions. A typical week will be of FIVE working days and of 30 hours, including classroom teaching, library sessions and other assignments and practice sessions. The first two years students learn the common subjects where as in the third year the student gets an opportunity to choose from the range of domain specific specialisation courses (Marketing Management, Finance, Human Resource Management, International Business, Banking & Insurance, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Digital Marketing and Entrepreneurship) designed to meet the demand of the business houses and to empower the budding managers. After successful completion of this program, a degree of “Bachelors of Business Administration – Honors” is awarded.

BSc Microbiology is a three-year undergraduate course that comprises the study of microorganisms, this includes various organisms like a unicellular, cluster of microscopic animals, viruses, bacteria, and fungi. This discipline is a key component of the various research in biochemistry and pathology.The Mission of our department is to contribute to the holistic development of students. The primary objective is to provide an educational and research environment in basic and applied concepts of microbiology relevant to the living systems, environment, and industries. Diverse aspects of science and technology will be utilized to impart fundamental knowledge and to solve challenging problems. The preliminary focus of our department will be to acquaint students with the world of microbiology with hands-on practical training on fundamental techniques of microbiology. Our program will encompass theoretical and practical aspects of advances in scientific research along with interactive sessions with subject experts and regular industrial visits. This training will enhance the problem-solving capability of students. Research projects will be an integral part of our course and which will help our students to think out of the box and work in a team.

So, the main objectives of B. Tech with Artificial Intelligence specialization are:

• Low error probability: Since human capabilities have their limitations, using AI will help reduce the risks of errors to a great extent. It will also increase the accuracy of results obtained, making it a much more efficient choice.
• Overcomes limitations: There are some applications such as mining exploration and ocean exploration where human intervention has its limitations. In such a scenario, you can use AI to get the job done in no time at all.

The B.A. English (Hons) program aims to provide students with an opportunity to read and respond to novels, plays, and poetry across different genres. Also, students study a variety of literature, socio-cultural, and political issues concerning contemporary English.

Post-Graduate program (M. Tech.) in “Computer Engineering (CE)” is designed to train undergraduate students for research, academics and industries. Graduates from Computer Engineeringare eligible for the enrolment. At the end of the program successful graduates are conferred degree of M.Tech. in Computer Engineering.

MA in English is an amalgamation of ancient and modern English Literature which mainly comprises four primary areas of focus, Poetry, Prose, Drama, and Linguistics.

Educational Objective of Diploma Studies focuses on skill and abilities of students with fundamentals of the discipline and base on professional training. The result sought by the learner at the end of the educational program, i.e. what the diploma students should be able to do at the end of a learning period, that they could not do earlier. Mechanical Engineer should able to design, analyze and improve practical systems. Mechanical Engineer will show the ability to communicate effectively and work well on team-based engineering projects.
