The program offers extensive knowledge and expertise in food making, research, and development. A food scientist studies the nature and quality of food along with designing and managing food processing equipment. It includes coursework in areas of nutrition, food packaging, quality control management, basic food chemistry, and human physiology, etc. This course familiarizes the students with advanced-level developments of new and healthy eating trends. They are trained to tackle issues such as the nutritional significance of processed food in the diet, functional food items, the importance of nutrition labeling and nutrition claims, catering technology, and nutritional quality. Alongside developing current techniques in food analysis, food structure, and food processing, the students are imparted with advanced lessons in nutraceuticals and their relationship to health and diseases.

The globalization movement has opened new opportunities for the business world. Almost all the countries in the world have witnessed a sharp rise in their GDP growth. A candidate with a BBA degree can exploit these opportunities and very easily find a job of his/her caliber. After BBA, a student can also go for a Master's degree in the field of management. Future Aspects: After successful completion of BBA, students can join as expert professionals in the fields of management, finance, human resource management, and also marketing. In fact, every graduate is eligible for professional studies such as CA, ICWA, ACS, MBA, or other Masters Programs in Commerce / Management. The Bachelor of Food & Nutrition aims to provide graduates with a thorough understanding of food and human nutrition, as preparation for careers in various fields related to the promotion of health at individual and community levels. During the course, students will study biosciences, principles of nutrition, food science, nutrition and disease, nutritional needs over the lifespan and for sports performance, and the social and public health aspects of nutrition.

The curriculum of this course is completely based on the model curriculum of the Bar Council of India, New Delhi and is at-par with National Law Universities. The course has also introduced subjects such as I.P.R., Cyber Law, Mass Media Law, Patent Law, etc.
