Dialysis technicians work closely with Nephrologists and carry out regular dialysis and various preparatory procedures including the sterilization and maintenance of machines for patients of chronic renal failure awaiting renal transplant. They play an important role in ameliorating the sufferings of such patients and help in improving the quality of their life. This is an ever-expanding field and there are a large number of patients in need of such a care in the country and in the world. The program also instil the values of compassion and ethics to make them caring towards the community.

The Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering is an research-based degree. A PhD Mechanical Engineering can open many doors for career opportunities for candidates who want to specialize in one of the several sub-disciplines such as mechatronics, robotics, mechanics, thermodynamics, design and thermo-science. PhD deals with the candidate development in the field of research and development related to Mechanical Engineering and other correlated fields. Students will get opportunity to be part of real time research projects. This course is both practical as well as theoretical and has research projects with lab work.
