M.Sc. Histopathology Histopathologyis a post graduate 2-year course. The objectives of this course are:

• To impart knowledge and understanding of the detailed aspects of the subject to gain professional competence in the arena of Histopathology
• To equip the student with the skills and expertise in carrying out all Histopathology related routine and sophisticated medical diagnostic procedures efficiently.
• To instill qualities for effective management of a Medical Lab independently
• To enhance the competence in research and its methodology as related to the field concerned.

The program is intended for students interested in styles of cooking and designed to equip them with fundamental skills in culinary arts, strong product knowledge and knack in performing and organizing food production. Besides, traditional food style, larger prominence is placed on food quality and meeting customer expectations.

This branch of microbiology is most widely studied and is of greater importance due to its linkage with medicine. It is an integration of both medicine and microbiology that deals with the study of microorganisms including bacteria, fungi, virus and parasites, which are medically important and capable of causing infectious diseases in human beings. The students entering this course will receive an in-depth understanding of pathophysiology of disease caused by these microorganisms and its implications. Apart from deep knowledge and understanding of nature of pathogens and their pathogenicity, the course also gives a broader understanding of several immunological innovations in the field of medical science.
