M. Tech (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) Power System Engineering is a two-year post-graduate programme that introduces aspirants with processes of monitoring, developing, designing and evaluating high-end power systems for managing a variety of challenging projects and research work. M. Tech. Electronics & Communication Engineering (VLSI Technology) is a two-year post-graduate programme encompassing the advanced study of modern Electronics and Communication techniques. This specialized programme focuses on instilling skills related to design, development, observation, and application of VLSI Technology.

The VLSI Technology program will cover the fundamentals and engineering aspect of designing and developing IC based systems. Traditionally, VLSI technology has emerged out as a successful collection of two streams: namely material science and electrical engineering.

The state of the art VLSI technology requires research in physical devices as well as novel design and development of electrical circuits. The program will focus on developing hands-on skill of designing semiconductor devices and circuits, architecting systems using embedded components such as, CPU, memory and peripherals.

M.Tech in CSE Software Engineering is a two-year post-graduate programme dedicated to enlighten students with the desiging, implementing, testing, and modifying of the software to make it viable, maintainable and affordable. M. Tech (ME) Machine Design is a two-year post-graduate programme that focuses on the concepts and processes involved in the designing & manufacturing of machines and machine related items. The considerations, procedures and principles of machine design are introduced to the students along with statistical concepts, engineering materials and their mechanical properties.

The programme facilitates the study of various materials required for the design of mechanical elements. In addition, it aims to endow knowledge of the behaviour of materials and systems in both elastic and plastic ranges, failure modes and mechanisms in both static and dynamic conditions. B.Sc. in Computer Science is a three-year undergraduate programme that focuses on the discipline of computer science. Department of Biotechnology started with a vision to impart in-depth knowledge of biotechnology to create a pool of scientific personnel with expertise in biological engineering. Since then the department has endeavoured to educate and train its students to develop proficiency in each sector of biotechnology. The scheme of courses has been designed keeping in the demand trend in mind. A conscious effort has been made so that curriculum of each programme integrates courses of biological sciences and engineering together with relevant laboratory programs and a compulsory research project of variable duration. The university has recognized the significant role being played by biotechnologists in industrial development and has sought to implement an integrated approach towards education and research. The department strongly believes a teacher has to be involved in active research to be in touch with the recent development in the subject so as to deliver the latest know-how. The department has a strong interdisciplinary research and teaching base in biological sciences and engineering which prepares the student for industry as well as research programs. 

All the basic infrastructural facilities needed for conducting teaching and research programmes in different areas of Biotechnology have been developed in the department. The department is housed in a newly constructed building consisting of classrooms with audio-visual facilities well-equipped students laboratories research laboratories special lab for molecular biology genetic engineering plant tissue culture Microbial technology nano biotechnology and bioinformatics. the students undergo project training in modern biotechnology viz bioinformatics genomics nano biotechnology cancer cell signaling plant and animal Biotechnology structure base drug design neuro biology etc.

M. Tech (Biotech) Plant Biotechnology is a two-year post-graduate programme streamlined to provide information about the biotechnology methods in plants. The programme revolves around equipping students with a deep understanding of all the types of biotechnology processes, including both classical and modern methods. It trains students in detecting and mapping genes, discovering their functions, breed them, and transfer them for developing specific traits into plants where they are needed.

This master's programme is research-based and thus, demands for extensive lab work. The programme curriculum is designed in a way that it encompasses a perfect balance of both theoretical and practical sessions for students to practice their class-learning. Tech (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) Instrumentation & Control is a two-year post-graduate programme intended to equip students with knowledge of measurement and control of process variables in a production procedure. The coursework of the programme includes concepts related to electronics and pneumatics instrumentation, measurements of flow, level, temperature and pressure, control loops, and more.

Under this programme, students are trained for the designing, construction and maintenance of the entire instrumentation systems of any industrial undertaking. Tech (Biotech) Animal Biotechnology is a two-year post-graduate programme that combines both biological sciences and engineering with relevant lab sessions to offer students in-depth knowledge of the subject. The purpose of the proposed programme is to make the aspirants learn biotechnology-oriented basic and applied research programmes for improving animal productivity.

The programme intends to help the students develop innovative dairy processes for producing superior quality, safe and wholesome dairy products. Under this programme, students will also learn the animal reproductive processes to develop methods for improved animal health and regulated production. In addition, they will be exposed to monitor animal nutritional plans and feed combinations.

B. Tech. in Food Process Engineering programme is a four-year undergraduate programme that introduces students to food-related technologies and its various specifications. It includes the study of the nutritive values of food and their chemical composition and relates to the study of areas food production areas like packaging,   chemical balances of food, nutrition, microbiology etc. along with the foundational knowledge of food products and food raw materials.
 
Students are introduced to various techniques such as food marketing, food processing, food and its related research methods etc. which helps them to understand them in the raw form and cope up with the challenges in the food processing industry.
   
The curriculum is designed to impart engineering knowledge in topics such as Unit Operations, Food Preservation, Crop Processing, Food Packaging and Food Safety & Quality Management to the students.
