M. Tech (Biotech) Plant Biotechnology is a two-year post-graduate programme streamlined to provide information about the biotechnology methods in plants. The programme revolves around equipping students with a deep understanding of all the types of biotechnology processes, including both classical and modern methods. It trains students in detecting and mapping genes, discovering their functions, breed them, and transfer them for developing specific traits into plants where they are needed.

B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering is a 4 years full time graduate course which is divided into 8 semesters. This course is designed and taught primarily to impart hands on experience to the students in the field of automobile engineering with the basis as mechanical engineering. The students are made familiar with modern technologies involved in fabrication and working of all types of automobiles and auto components. M.Tech in Civil Engineering with specialisation in Environmental Engineering is a two-year post-graduate programme focused on management of water resources land and air pollution. The programme imbibes key scientific mathematical and computational concepts for solving the traditional and emerging environmental issues in different geographical settings.

The main objective of the programme is to develop technocrats that can work towards minimising the adverse effects of anthropogenic activities on the environment and ensuring the provision of a safe and healthy environment for human beings. M.Tech. in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering is a two-year postgraduate programme that involves the analysis and design of steel and concrete structures and analysis of structures for dynamic forces and study of advanced materials. It requires knowledge and competence in the areas of materials, response of individual structural components, and the behavior of entire structural systems. This programme trains individuals in advanced concepts of structural engineering by in-depth coursework, hands-on modeling projects and dissertation work. Students undergo coursework during the first year on various aspects of structural engineering and apply these constructs to a major research project during the second year. Students are imparted advanced learning in Analysis and Design of Structures, Structural Dynamics and Earthquake Resistant Design of Structures, Repair and Rehabilitation of Structures and Advanced Materials. The students are exposed to practical learning by working on real-world projects in the Structure Design lab integrated with latest design software and construction material lab. The practical lab sessions require students to apply theoretical knowledge to realize their value through implementation. The objective of the program is to produce structural engineers who integrate and build on the Program's core curricular concepts in the pursuit of professional leadership, teamwork, life-long learning, and career advancement.  

M.Tech. (Biotech) Genetic Engineering is a two-year postgraduate programme that deals with the study of direct manipulation of an organism's genes using biotechnological techniques. The programme draws focus on topics like molecular genetics, immuno-biology, recombinant DNA technology, pharmacogenomics, stem cell technology and others.
Through this programme, students gain knowledge about finding newer and better methodologies for the betterment of the human race at large. Research, agriculture, industrial biotechnology and medicine are some of the fields that use Genetic engineering techniques.
