Pure mathematics includes developing the fundamental tools used by mathematicians, such as algebra and calculus, describing multi-dimensional space, or a better understanding of the philosophical meaning of mathematics and numbers themselves. Pure mathematics is the study of the basic concepts and structures that underlie mathematics. Its purpose is to search for a deeper understanding and an expanded knowledge of mathematics itself. 

The full term of two years and the syllabus for the program is divided into four semesters. This Master’s program is also an ideal preparation for various PhD programs in basic sciences and engineering.

The specialisation covers the all the traditional computer science subjects (DBMS, OS, Networks, Data structure, JAVA, etc.) and domain-oriented subjects (3D Modeling, Animation, Game development). The course gives the complete overview of how the graphics is created or a game is developed.

The course is a concoction of the study of commerce and law. By completing this integrated course, a student can learn about two different professional fields. The specialised law course, in its five-years duration, equips the students with the knowledge of both commerce and legislative regulations as a comprehensive concept.

Medical law is the branch of law, which concerns the prerogatives and responsibilities of medical professionals and the rights of the patient. It is not the same as medical jurisprudence, which is a branch of medicine, rather than a branch of law.

This course has been designed to include all fundamental and advanced concepts of health and medical law at the national and global level to make learners well-versed with the developments in medical field, health sector, and their legal aspects.

This professional integrated degree of arts with the profound knowledge of the law gives a double boost to the career of students aspiring to join the legal fraternity. The subjects covered under arts include Sociology, History, Political Science in correlation with legal subjects of Criminal Law, Civil Law, Administrative Law, Constitutional Law and Labour Laws under the proficient guidance of highly qualified faculty members.

This is a five-year program that offers domain-specific subjects ranging from Making of the Indian Constitution, Jurisprudential Approach to Constitution to Comparative Federalism, and Legislative Relations. Drawing heavily from the rulings made in the Supreme Court, it is designed to preserve the relationships between state and federal governments and protect the rights of the individual. Furthermore, it enables the students to become better citizens by sensitising them about concepts that are the basis of a civilised society.

The specialization in marketing prepares the students on subjects like Digital Human Resource Management, Compensation Management etc. The emphasis is on developing critical as well as analytical thinking in the specialized area though case study, projects, workshops, masterclasses by industry experts, among other pedagogical tools.

Applied Mathematics focuses on the innovative creation and imaginative use of mathematical concepts to present and solve problems over the various field of natural sciences, engineering sciences, medical sciences and emerging fields such as data sciences and artificial intelligence. The program is designed to provide students an increased knowledge and comprehensive understanding of mathematics, particularly in algorithms, fluid mechanics, differential equations, probability and stochastics, and optimisation.

B.Sc. Geology Hons. program provides specialization in Geoinformatics

Geoinformatics is the science and the technology, which develops and applies information science infrastructure to solve geoscience and engineering related problems. It deals with the structure and character of spatial information, its capture, classification and qualification, storage, processing, description and propagation, including the infrastructure required for optimal use of this information. Earth science increasingly relies on digital spatial data acquired from remotely sensed images analyzed by GIS photograph interpretation, and web mining.  Geoinformatics combines geospatial analysis and modeling, development of geospatial databases, information systems design, human-computer interaction and both wired and wireless networking technologies. Geoinformatics is analyzed using geo-computation and geo-visualization for fields such as urban planning and land use management.

Integrated (B.Des) - (M.Des) in Fashion Design introduces students to a combination of traditional craft techniques with digital technologies to transform concepts from two-dimensional fabrics into three-dimensional forms. The programme covers all aspects of the design process, from trend analysis, research and design development, drawing and illustration, colour and fabric development, historical and cultural studies, translation of ideas from 2D to 3D through to presentation, marketing and business development.
