One year programme in Hotel Management provides a strong understanding of different functional and managerial aspects related to Hotel Management. BBA program gives the students strategic outlook on problems of business organization, management & solutions to them. The BBA program seeks to provide to the management trainees the understanding of the theory, practice of management and the required knowledge and skills to succeed in the business world. The degree programme is intended for those who wish to acquire business and managerial knowledge and skills. The curriculum provides the students with a strategic perspective on contemporary issues in management. The academic curriculum of this 3 years programme involves comprehensive learning that would produce managers who are well equipped with technical expertise and practical knowledge relevant to today’s globalized environment. This program provides the students with practical orientation and broad specialization in marketing, finance, information systems, human resource management and international business. B.Sc. (Hons.) microbiology program beside studying basic and applied field of microbiology including bacteriology, virology, medical and environmental microbiology, microbes in food, dairy and agriculture students also acquire knowledge and skills related to interdisciplinary fields including chemistry, computers, biostats, biotechnology, bioinformatics, analytical instrumentation and others.

B.Sc. (Hons.) Food Technology with Research is a 4-year program will specifically focus on importing research skills and industrial exposure to students. Industrial exposure through industrial training/visit will provide an exposure to students to have hands-on exposure to industrial practices and protocols followed. Along with technical skills required to pursue career in widespread industrial. Students with simultaneously acquire research skills through experimental learning via designing and executing protocols, data analysis and interpretation, data presentation and scientific writing.

The program includes detailed study of subjects such as Advance Food Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Technology of Cereals, Principles of Food quality, Bakery Technology, Technology of Fruits, Vegetables and Plantation Crop, Technology of Milk and Milk Products, Technology of Food Preservation, Food Microbiology and Engineering etc.

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering program offers some of the important courses in the field of Mechanics, Materials, Manufacturing, Design, and Thermal and so on. The laboratory components include Mechanical Workshops, CNC Lab, Thermo and Fluid Labs, as well as software learning relevant to the industry. Teaching – learning pedagogy involves practical learning through field visits, experiential learning through internships, and interaction with experts through series of Guest Lectures, Seminars, Workshops and Conferences.

The programme on M.Sc. Zoology beside providing conceptual and practical knowledge related to basic and applied field of zoology also aims to provide skills related to advanced analytical techniques utilized in zoological studies with an objective to impart research aptitude among students. The curriculum is enriched with seminar presentation, industrial visit and report writing enhance communication and presentation skills with dissertation being a compulsory part inculcates critical thinking ability to design and develop solutions to problems related to environment, health and society.

LL.M. degree prepares the students for a satisfying career in various branches of law, such as law officers, legal advisors and law professionals having independent set-up. LL.M. degree also qualifies a person for teaching in a law school and university. They can also take Judicial Service Examination and become judges. There is no dearth of career opportunities for LL.M. degree holders.

Engines, Refrigeration Plants, Air-Conditioning System, Cold Storage Units, Propulsion Systems.

A person who has completed D.Pharm. can be employed as a registered pharmacist in a community pharmacy (wholesale or retail-medical store/chemists & druggists) or hospital pharmacy. It is the minimum qualification to practice the pharmacy profession, therefore, it is mandatory that all dispensing of prescription medicines has to be done under the supervision of a pharmacist only.
