Engines, Refrigeration Plants, Air-Conditioning System, Cold Storage Units, Propulsion Systems.

B.A. (Hons.) English with research is an undergraduate programme in English Literature. The programme teaches about English Language and Literature and the way it has developed into its modern form along with highlighting varied aspects of English society through its genres like Drama, Poetry, Novel, etc.

The Programme is intended for the students who have a strong interest in English Language and Literature and who show promise in the study of either or both. Students with research inclination receive an intensive educational experience with respect to the courses offered. The student learns to critically analyze and debate on a variety of texts, and acquires knowledge of literary movements, periods and critical approaches. The student develops comprehensive written and spoken communication skills, becoming adept at arguing a point, framing a narrative and analyzing various levels of meaning.

BBA- HRM curriculum includes management strategies in general as well as practical and proficient HRM Management training. The B.Sc (Agri.) programme is an undergraduate programme related to the field of agriculture. The focus of this study is on agriculture. Under this programme, students are trained about the most modern methods used in fertilizers; plant biotechnology. The programme apart from training in scientific skills also trains in marketing skills of agriculture products. Under this study, the students are exposed to real life rural settings with the aim to develop a sense of awareness among the students so that they can understand the problems of farmers and rural people.

With the expansion of chemical-related production because of industrialization, there has been an increase in need for a specialized study of industrial chemistry that prepares students with the skills to navigate the industry. The Faculty of Applied & Life Sciences provides a two-year Postgraduate degree programme in Industrial Chemistry, which prepares students to become critical human resources for the nation’s overall economic growth.
