B.Tech Civil Engineering is a 4 years (8 semesters) undergraduate program designed to create engineers who can work for the society for creating space to improve their living standard, create safe and secure environment from natural and manmade disasters. The teaching – learning pedagogy involves not only class room teaching but also experiential learning through practical in the lab, fields and interactions with experts, training in workshops, internships, live projects and field work. Students are taught variety of courses in the field of structural engineering, transportation engineering, water supply and waste water treatment, environment engineering, foundation engineering, surveying, estimation and costing etc. Apart from that students have exposure to software learning relevant to industry and it is ensured that students are industry ready after leaving the college life and easily adaptive to the new environment through skill development based courses.

B.Tech CSE with specialization in Cyber Security is a 4 years (or 8 semesters) specialised undergraduate program that focuses on comprehensive knowledge of cyber-crime, network security, cryptography, intrusion detection and prevention systems. To safeguard an IT infrastructure, the program provides essential information on how to analyse and resolve security risks in networks and computer systems. Secure software and hardware must be designed, developed, tested, and evaluated to create rules and procedures for managing security threats in any organisation. In view of this, program also offers in depth knowledge of data structures, algorithm design and analysis, security policies, security laws, firewalls, and computer forensics.

During the course of the program, student work on the latest tools in their laboratory sessions to acquire complete knowledge of the subjects. Institute encourage students to gain practical knowledge by various expert guest lectures on subjects, such as, ethical hacking, cyber laws, government policies on cyber-crime etc. Industrial visits are also organized for students to give them field exposure.

The program B.Tech Civil Engineering with specialization in BIM is 4 years (or 8 semesters) undergraduate program to help students learning expertise in the field of building information modeling. Program will expose students to Building Information Modeling (BIM), a technology-assisted model-based project delivery approach that brings together different built environment disciplines.  BIM plays a crucial role in building documentation and students completing this course will have the skills required for jobs in BIM-related fields or to pursue BIM further in their post-graduation degree. In the labs, students will learn computer graphics, programming, 3D computer modeler, BIM software for controlling construction process, workflows and protocols.

BBA program gives the students strategic outlook on problems of business organization, management & solutions to them. The BBA program seeks to provide to the management trainees the understanding of the theory, practice of management and the required knowledge and skills to succeed in the business world. The degree programme is intended for those who wish to acquire business and managerial knowledge and skills. The curriculum provides the students with a strategic perspective on contemporary issues in management. The academic curriculum of this 3 years programme involves comprehensive learning that would produce managers who are well equipped with technical expertise and practical knowledge relevant to today’s globalized environment. The B.Sc (Agri.) programme is an undergraduate programme related to the field of agriculture. The focus of this study is on agriculture. Under this programme, students are trained about the most modern methods used in fertilizers; plant biotechnology. The programme apart from training in scientific skills also trains in marketing skills of agriculture products. Under this study, the students are exposed to real life rural settings with the aim to develop a sense of awareness among the students so that they can understand the problems of farmers and rural people.

B.Tech in Electronics & Communication engineering with IoT is a 4 years full time programme which gives the detailed idea and understanding of the IoT architecture and its applications in various fields. In view of that Uttaranchal University offers BCA – Cyber Security, a three-year undergraduate program designed to fulfil the requirements of the IT industries.
