The BBus (Human Resources and Employment Relations) looks at how employees are recruited, developed and managed. It also examines the design of work so that an organisation can create value from, and add value to its employees.

During your study, you will get a thorough grounding in workplace theory and approaches, as well as practical insights into the business world.

The Bachelor of Communication (Communication Management) gives you insight into how organisations and communities use communication, whatever form it takes. You’ll investigate how factors such as culture, gender, and technology influence our ability to connect with others.

Follow your passion for classical studies. Massey’s Graduate Diploma in Arts (Classical Studies) will give you the equivalent of an undergraduate major in classical studies without completing a second bachelor’s degree.

The Bachelor of Business (Organisational Technology Management) will make you a sought-after technology and data management expert. You will have the knowledge and skills for problem-solving, persuasion and presentation to help organisations understand new technology and gain the data insights they need.

Our programme brings together human and organisational aspects of computer-based information systems. This is in contrast to computer science and information technology that stress the underlying technologies. If you enjoy working with people and would like to understand more about the business world, the BBus (OTM) is for you.

Massey’s Master of Speech and Language Therapy provides qualified speech language therapists with opportunities for advanced clinical and theoretical study. You’ll develop research skills that will prepare you to use and add to the knowledge base in speech and language therapy.

This programme will give you expertise in core areas such as evidence-based practise and research methods. You can also follow your interests in specialist areas that reflect your individual passions and/or client caseloads.

Employers increasingly need communicators who have an in-depth understanding of the digital world and how to communicate effectively via digital platforms. Massey University’s Bachelor of Communication (BC) in digital marketing will give you these skills.

The Graduate Diploma in Arts (English) will give you the equivalent of an undergraduate major in English without completing a second bachelor’s degree. The Graduate Diploma in Arts (English) is a bridging tool for graduates in other subjects to get the equivalent of a major in English. You can then apply for a postgraduate qualification in English if you wish.
