Learn how to help an organisation achieve its marketing goals using strategies and applied digital marketing. The Graduate Diploma in Business (Marketing) is ideal if you already have a degree in another field of study or have significant business experience and want a formal qualification.

• Industry Based Learning (IBL) - in the second semester of study, students are offered the opportunity to gain work experience in a real organisation

The Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Business will extend and deepen your general business knowledge and deliver specific skills and capabilities in one applied area: choose from either Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Advanced HR, Leadership or Supply Chain & Logistics. When you graduate, you’ll be highly competitive in the local and international job market, and have what you need to seek specialised employment or progress your career with your existing employer. You may also choose to continue with further postgraduate study in the Master of Applied Business - this would take an additional six months of full-time study 

Management is about relationships – the art and science of people and process. Study the Bachelor of Business (Management) and you'll gain an understanding of how business operates and how to effectively manage resources and operations. This programme is designed with teamwork and project based coursework to best prepare you for success in the workplace. The second year narrows your focus on your choice of either Human Resources or Operations, and you will then apply what you’ve developed in your Internship Based Learning (IBL) work placement, so you get practical experience before you even graduate.

Develop the skills for a career as a Civil Engineer in this three year (full-time) Bachelor’s programme. Specialise in environmental, geotechnical, water, roading and transportation, or structural engineering. Learn to make informed decisions about civil engineering projects, and apply technology to solve practical engineering problems. Explore computer-modelling techniques, civil engineering project management, engineering materials and structures, and construction practices.

The Graduate Diploma in Business (Human Resource Management) helps you develop a sound understanding of organisational behaviour and current issues in human resource management (HRM) in as little as one year.

Animal Management and Welfare
Animal management and welfare is a rapidly growing field of study and work. This unique program will prepare you with the applied knowledge and skills you need to be successful in a wide range of emerging animal management and welfare careers.

Biodiversity Management
You’ll explore how ecosystems function and support biological diversity, and how managers of biodiversity (including government agencies, non-statutory organisations, and voluntary bodies) are responding to increasing concern over the impact of human activities on the world.

The New Zealand Diploma in Veterinary Nursing provides a platform for you to build the hands-on skills and knowledge you need to become a qualified veterinary nurse and help animals maintain the best possible health and quality of life in a clinical environment. Through demonstrations, practical sessions, group work, small group tutorials, and real-life case studies, you'll learn how to manage animal patients and clients, and contribute to the treatment and care of animals. The Transport Management specialisation within the Bachelor of Applied Technology is a program for students already employed, or those intending to be employed in the motor trade and spare parts sales, logistics, and management. Learn about the advances in automotive transport technology and find out how international trends affect national decisions in transport applications. Apply the principles of transport efficiency, sustainability issues, and vehicle design analysis and selection for business applications.
