This course is a combination of two highly successful courses run by the Business School – the Accounting and Finance MSc and the International Business Management MSc. Both have established international reputations for excellence.

This course is suitable for students who have not studied economics, finance or accountancy at bachelors level, as well as those with previous qualifications and experience.

This course provides you with theoretical knowledge and practical experience needed to register as an adult nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

This masters course is ideal if you are interested in a career in frontline, progressing into leadership or specialist nursing.

Our academic team members come from diverse backgrounds specific to adult nursing including cancer care, dementia care, ICU, A&E, neuro, acute medicine, community (district nursing, health visiting), sexual health and respiratory nursing.

Our simulation suites provide you with unrivalled opportunities to develop your skills in caring for adults through high-fidelity patient simulators and role play with actors. You will have intraprofessional learning with child, mental health and learning disabilities to enhance your skills in caring for clients from these fields. You will also have interprofessional learning opportunities with midwifery and pharmacy students.

This course provides you with theoretical knowledge and practical experience needed to register as a children's nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Children's nurses provide care for children and young people from birth to 18 years of age across settings, for example hospital, home and hospice. The role of the children's nurse includes promoting health and minimising illness in collaboration with families. When providing nursing care for children, working with the family and consideration of their needs is essential.

Children's nurses work collaboratively with a range of professionals to meet the specific needs of children, young people and their families wherever they are cared for.

Within our state-of-the-art simulation suites, our children's nursing students can further develop the skills required to care for children and families in a safe environment, which closely mimics a health care environment (hospital and home). Family role players are central to this learning experience.

You will have a diverse range of quality placements where you will develop your nursing skills under the supervision of supportive practitioners.

You will have the opportunity to take a national or international elective module at the end of your first year.

The course is designed in consultation with leading industry experts, bringing together the latest theories and practices in marketing. You can gain hands-on marketing experience through an internship, or develop your skills as a consultant by working in a team on a live project. Another option is to delve into entrepreneurship and create your own start-up with support from the Business School.

This Music Education MA course is designed to both broaden and refine the knowledge, teaching practices, and research skills of both current and prospective music educators. You will have the opportunity to study major issues in international music education research and practices, consider issues in the UK system of music education, engage with London community and school music settings, and undertake an independent research study project.

You'll have access to our unique facilities. In partnership with world-famous record producer Tony Visconti, the British Library and Science Museum, the Visconti Studio comprises a 300m² octagonal live room stocked with rare and vintage recording equipment.

This Composing for Film and Television course is designed for composers aspiring to work in the media industry and wanting to learn more about techniques for composing and producing music for film and TV. You will learn from experienced composers working across a variety of different media and styles. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with student filmmakers and animators from other courses.

The Banking and Finance MSc produces highly skilled, analytical and forward-thinking graduates who are ready to slot into specialised roles in the banking, financial services, finance and financial consultancy sectors. This is a demanding programme which has an outstanding pass rate.

The core modules on this course will show you how to manage assets, liquidity and risk; and how to analyse credit, interest, statements and rates. As well as learning about corporate finance and industry regulation.

You will also get the opportunity to work in Kingston Business School's Bloomberg trading room.

This course is suitable for students from a variety of academic backgrounds, including those with industry experience and those who do not have a bachelor's degree in economics, finance or accountancy. You can study the course part time, so you can apply your learning in the workplace straight away.
