Our information systems degree gives you the skills, experience and expertise you need to succeed in the computer-based sector – and beyond. Our degree will prepare you for career paths that range from organisational management and systems architects to chief information officers and enterprise architects.

This is an interdisciplinary course meaning the content's structured in ways that map explicitly to modern technology, including systems design, application development, client-side programming, and much more.

Build your information systems skills

• You’ll have the opportunity to take a year-long, paid work experience placement as part of a four-year study path (subject to securing an organisation that is able to support such a placement during the COVID-19 pandemic). We’ll also give you industry professionals and work experience opportunities to help you further develop your professional skills and network. In the past, our students have taken part in Sky's hackathon which tested their knowledge and team-working skills.
• We’re in the process of gaining BCS (British Computer Society) accreditation for our computer science degrees, which means you’ll be able to gain BCS membership once it’s awarded.

You enrol on a four-year course, which includes the one-year foundation course. If you complete this year successfully you progress directly onto our three-year media degree courses listed below. The number of students who progress to degree study are very high - in fact some of these students have gone on to become some of our most successful graduates.

BA Games Design

On this hands on course, you'll be making games with a mix of digital and paper prototyping and planning from week one. You’ll gain hands-on experience that will help you build your portfolio that will set you up for a successful career in a range of creative industries.

The games industry is complex, diverse and spans a variety of old and new technologies from print to computer software to 3D printed game pieces. This BA gives you the transferable skills and knowledge you need to become a successful games designer in this fast-changing industry.

Our flexible product design degree gives you the skills, project experience and professional networks to succeed in the field of product design engineering. With the flexibility to study a three-year BEng, or a four-year MEng, our product design engineering course gives you the skills, practical experience and confidence to develop your creative vision into real working products.

Using industry-standard software and hardware, you’ll learn the ins and outs of product design engineering and physical computing, while you develop the skills you need to combine aesthetic functionality with innovative technology, using the latest industry software and hardware equipped in our labs and workshops.

You’ll also get the work experience, advice, feedback and encouragement you need to start building your professional portfolio – and gain a competitive edge when it comes to launching your career.

Build your practical product design engineering skills

• You’ll enhance your career prospects through our guest lectures and live projects, graduate degree show, and the option of a year long work placement. Our London location gives you access to some of the UK’s most prestigious design companies – and our weekly guest lectures give you the chance to further enhance your industry knowledge and build contacts with some of the industry’s leading design experts.
• From your second year, you’ll have the option to switch to the creative (BA) route or to remain on the more technological (BEng/MEng) path for the remainder of your studies. If you’re applying for our four-year MEng course, you’ll begin work on your master's qualification as soon as you successfully finish your undergraduate study.

This course will provide you with the skills and knowledge to become an autonomous healthcare practitioner, specialising in fitness, exercise-based rehabilitation and musculoskeletal management.

We focus on increasing your critical awareness of the current trends in sport and exercise rehabilitation, and build your confidence in applying these pioneering advancements to the workplace. Sport rehabilitation research is consistently focused on improving athletic performance and reducing injury risk. Therefore our course focuses on building the knowledge and skills to implement rehabilitation programmes that return athletes to optimum fitness.

You will have access to our partner Saracen Rugby's nearby Barnet Copthall Stadium, home of Saracens Rugby Club where you will use our world-class performance laboratories, rehabilitation units and testing facilities. The need for environmental sustainability is increasingly acknowledged in policy areas throughout the developed and developing world. For this reason, our course is designed for those looking to gain a high-level qualification in the theory and practical application of sustainable environmental management.

Our Master's degree in Sustainability and Environmental Management (suited to those with science and technical experience) offers insight into the causes and solutions to a range of environmental issues. BA Business Management (Supply Chain and Logistics)
