The Arkansas State University MBA Program is a professional degree program designed to prepare students of all educational and professional backgrounds for management positions in all types of organizations. As such, the program stresses the development of analytical, problem-solving and decision making competencies for the dynamic, complex global organizational and social environments.

International Business - Concentration
The MBA with Concentration in IB program is designed to allow graduate business students the ability to select in-depth coverage of the core components of today's IB ?eld while furthering their business administration academic career. Students will complete the 27 hours within the MBA core and 9 additional hours of graduate level IB coursework.

As an interdisciplinary degree with content focused on life science, this program is amenable for those in teaching, medical technology, nursing, museum curatorial and other professions.

 Advising committees are formed to assist students in developing a program tailored to their long term professional goals and interests.

The Radiologic Sciences Programs are administered by the Department of Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences in the College of Nursing and Health Professions. The program is designed to produce Radiologic Science professionals who are clinically competent, advanced level radiologic sciences practitioners. The program is a "1 plus 1" model, meaning all students begin their sophomore year in radiography, then choose one of six "tracks" for their senior year.

Medical Imaging Infomatics
Provides students with the skills necessary to operate CT and control sectional images through computer enhancement as well as manipulate patient images and data for use and storage.

The Master of Music Degree in Performance is a 30-hour program with advanced study in instrumental, vocal, or keyboard performance, piano performance and pedagogy, or instrumental or choral conducting, culminating in a graduate recital.  Instruction is provided by faculty members who are recognized as outstanding performers in a wide variety of performance areas.  The Department of Music entrance examinations in music history, music theory, and ear training assist in planning each student’s exact course of study.

Our innovative program offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business.  Graduates from our program are trained to work in the ever changing world economy and acquire enhanced marketability for a wide range of careers.  Our curriculum provides a common body of knowledge for students in Agricultural Economics and Business Administration while combining core courses from Agricultural and Applied Economics with business courses in Accounting, Marketing, Management, Finance, and Business Law to provide a strong foundation for careers in management of agricultural businesses.  In addition, our program includes application courses in business finance, marketing, commodity trading analysis, real estate appraisal, international trade, and natural resource economics.  Emphasis is placed on internship opportunities with public and private Agricultural Businesses where students gain experiential hands-on training in their chosen emphasis area.  Students in our undergraduate program may pursue graduate studies if they choose to do so.

Health Promotion is the process of enabling people to increase control over, and to improve, their health. Students completing this degree program will have the skills and competencies necessary to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate effective health-related programs. Graduates often find employment in public health agencies, clinical facilities (hospitals and medical clinics), worksite wellness departments, or voluntary agencies.

The Bachelor of Arts in Theatre is a 120-credit hour degree program designed to provide students with professional-caliber training within the framework of a liberal arts education with specific coursework in acting, directing, design, literature and history.

We want our students to be lifelong learners who are prepared to enter a complex, ever-changing global society. Our world-class faculty provides students with a foundation in the sciences, math, communications, writing, the humanities and more.

Emphases  in Acting

Students in the Acting emphasis select elective courses in scene study, dance, voice and speech, movement, stage combat, audition techniques, and Shakespeare performance.

The BS Psychology program supports the Arkansas State University mission by providing students with a challenging environment designed to foster understanding of themselves and others. The primary purpose of the program is to prepare students to take advantage of professional and personal opportunities for growth and community engagement. This purpose is met through a faculty that is committed to best practices in education, engaged in cutting-edge research, and provides students with hands on experiences in research, psychological wellness and community outreach projects.

Students in art develop insight, sensitivity, and perception toward all aspects of nature while building individual expressive responses. Aesthetic and functional values, creative ideas, and media skills are developed through instructional guidance and applied experience in the studio and classroom. Some of the courses listed here may involve field trips to Memphis Brooks Museum, The Arkansas Arts Center in Little Rock, or other regional art collections.

The Bachelor of Arts degree provides a liberal arts-fine arts education, allowing students to pursue their interest in art history. The BA with an art history emphasis is a suitable beginning for a student planning to work toward an advanced degree in art history.

The Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Organizational Supervision is a four-year degree program designed to help students transition from a technical expert to a professional leader. The BAS degree is designed with the working adult in mind and is often a common next step for individuals who have an Associate of Applied Science degree and are seeking workforce development or advancement in their current jobs or careers.

Students in the program will gain practical knowledge and academic proficiencies needed to help build upon their technical foundation to provide a pathway to a baccalaureate degree.
