Biology
The Bachelor of Science is appropriate for students planning graduate studies in biology and professional pursuits in the fields of biology, medicine or higher education. The BS has an options requirement – areas of specialized learning. Choose from Cell and Molecular Biology; Ecology and Evolution; Marine Biology; Pre-Medical, Pre-Dental and Pre-Veterinary Studies; and Secondary Education.

Chemistry
The BS in Chemistry equips our graduates to work as lab technicians and chemistry sales/technicians. It is also designed for students who plan to pursue graduate studies in patent law, chemistry, materials science, and other fields.

Hofstra University's Department of Accounting, Taxation and Legal Studies in Business offers a Master of Science (MS) in Accounting. The MS program prepares business students for licensure in New York State.
