What You’ll Learn

• The Computer Science, B.S. program with a concentration in Big Data Management & Analytics is a joint effort between IBM and New York Tech that will prepare you for a role understanding and managing one of the world’s most important assets—big data.
• You’ll study a variety of topics such as data collection, data organization, information retrieval, and data mining. You’ll also complete lab exercises that use IBM InfoSphere BigInsights and IBM INfoSphere Streams.

What You’ll Learn
The M.Arch program at New York Tech helps you develop a critical understanding of historic and contemporary practices, cultures, and movements in the industry, preparing you to become a visionary leader and problem solver.

The program has two options:

• A two-year professional degree track for those with a pre-professional degree in architecture
• A three-year professional degree track for those with a bachelor’s degree in another area

Each of your classes explores and integrates cutting-edge technology, with an emphasis on its impact on the art experience. Your classroom projects incorporate the use of 3-D modeling software to create memorable characters and environments; motion capture to drive those characters and bring them to life; and experiential art through the use of VR/AR.
