Empirical Economic Analysis: Learn how to define and analyze economic problems using algebraic and statistical methods, and to identify the benefits and costs of a global economy.

Experimental Music and Digital Media- Expand your interest in computer music, experimental music, music technology, and digital media to the next level and journey toward opportunities in electronic music and digital media. Combining music, technology, and science, you can participate in such activities as the Louisiana Mobile App Orchestra and the Laptop Orchestra of Louisiana.

Construction Managers use engineering and business principles to oversee the entire construction process. This includes estimating/budgeting, contract law, construction methods and materials, scheduling, safety, and effective communication. Industry emphasis areas include industrial, highway, commercial, residential, and general construction. Graduates are easily employed in this booming industry and can either work their way up within a construction company or start their own construction management business.

Study ways to improve crops and discover new crossbreeds of plants, and learn the latest approaches to the cultivation, marketing, and processing of ornamental plants, fruits, and vegetables. Topics include soil science and conservation, ornamentals and grasses, urban landscape management, sustainable horticulture, and much more.

Sustainable Production Systems: In this concentration, you will gain a background in applied agronomy and horticulture with a focus on production and economics.
