We have pledged ourselves to making history accessible to all Lipscomb students. The Great Ideas in History curriculum serves our students' need to know the contours of progress and culture. Our 36-hour major allows students to finish in three years or to add the history major to their primary field of study.

We developed our applied biochemistry curriculum to give you exactly what you need to excel. Our dedicated faculty will prepare you for admission to competitive health-related professional schools — without advanced mathematics. Many of our applied biochemistry graduates are flourishing medical doctors, dentists, pharmacists or physician assistants. Others have found success in industry or graduate study within chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology or microbiology.

The International Affairs major is the perfect way to maximize your semester abroad. Your 12 Global Learning credits will be applied to the major, fulfilling a core part of the coursework for this major. International Affairs integrates your language training, travels, and Lipscomb education. Further courses in political science and history will complement your experiences and broaden your knowledge base.

The world is shrinking and every career has an international facet to be explored. A semester abroad can become a value-added and efficient asset when combined with the International Affairs major. It merges an exciting experience into a scholarly pursuit.

Our program will expose you to the theory and practical aspect of software development in a Christian context.

The political science program is dedicated to producing wise leaders and responsible citizens. Politics is society in action as it makes choices and shapes priorities. Our students enjoy the chance to witness and participate in local and state government here in Nashville, Tennessee's state capital. The Washington Seminar allows them an inside look at our national policy process and on-site visits to places no tourist goes. Many students use their Global Learning semester abroad to travel and study internationally, which they integrate into our International Affairs major.

The Great Ideas in Politics general education curriculum serves our students' need to know the ideas and habits of citizenship. Our 39-hour major allows students to finish in three years or to add the political science major to their primary field of study.
