The Human Resource (HR) Management Emphasis at the University of Findlay provides students with the skills and experience needed to become successful in a variety of industries. You will learn how to design and implement effective HR management systems that handle employee selection, promotions, compensation, and benefits throughout the operation of any enterprise. Medical laboratory scientists perform laboratory tests used in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease. These tests range from simple blood tests to more complex analyses such as those needed to uncover diseases such as AIDS, diabetes or cancer. If you’re interested in sitting for the CMA (Certified Management Accountant) exam, you may take it as an upperclassman upon recommendation of your adviser or upon graduation.
