The Bond University Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Performance equip you with comprehensive knowledge and applied skills in health, fitness, and sports performance. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the basic and applied sciences as they apply to personal and community health and fitness, and sports performance at all levels. Focusing on real-world learning, this program is delivered by award-winning teaching staff through significant practical experience and authentic assessment to maximize employment outcomes for graduates. This program allows you the flexibility to tailor your studies to your interests and career aspirations by choosing from a range of subdisciplines, including biomechanics; exercise testing, prescription, and delivery; or physiology and biochemistry of exercise, as well as electives in entrepreneurship and innovation, sport management, and tourism and events management.

This program is primarily delivered at the Bond Institute of Health and Sport where you will gain high-quality and practical learning experiences through our National Strength and Conditioning Association-accredited High-Performance Training Centre. These facilities provide sports science testing, training, and recovery services to state, national and international athletes and teams. You will also gain industry accreditations in Strength and Conditioning as well as Sports First Aid. The program prepares graduates for exciting career opportunities in exercise and sports performance including strength and conditioning as well as providing an accelerated undergraduate pathway to graduate-entry studies including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nutrition, and dietetic practice, and high-performance sports science.

The Bachelor of Communication program will provide you with the skills to stand out as an exceptional communicator in any task. Our flexible Bachelor of Communication provides you with the opportunity to explore many options in personalising your learning. As part of the program, you will select one or two majors or minors in a specific area of interest. These areas include public relations, advertising, journalism, communication and society, corporate storytelling, creative writing, digital media, film and television, and social media. Our subjects contain assessments that may lead you to produce advertising and public relations campaigns for real clients as well as blogs, podcasts, published media stories, and websites. The Bachelor of Business Data Analytics (3 Year Program) program is focused on using data analytics techniques to improve business decision making.  It is a quantitative program, combining elements of statistics, computing, big data and machine learning. The Bachelor of Business Data Analytics (3 Year Program) is taught via smaller classes for personalised attention and unparalleled access to facilities like the Bond University Business School’s Big Data Centre. The program develops students’ skills in the development and understanding of analytics and analytic techniques and focuses on how these techniques can be used to solve real-world business problems and better inform evidence-based decision making. Employment opportunities include working in business as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or statistics consultant.

The Master of Criminology (Professional) program provides you with skill development and training as well as scholarly appreciation of crime, justice and forensic issues. The program provides an understanding of a broad range of issues involving criminology theories, contemporary information on crime prevention, the theory and practice of punishment, criminal offenders, the police, courts and correctional institutions, including current crime and deviance issues. You will be provided with both knowledge and research skills and techniques required for the analysis of criminological issues and an understanding of how to critically evaluate published research. At the end of the program, you will undertake a professional portfolio involving your  research and practical expertise in your chosen vocational area.  Eligibility criteria applies to the professional placement option.  The program duration is 4 semesters and 20 weeks (92 weeks).

The Master Finance (Professional) is a quantitatively rigorous program that integrates innovative subjects that highlight Bond’s excellence in experiential and case-based teaching. The professional program follows the same structure as the Master of Finance program with an additional 20-week Professional component. The classes combine theoretical knowledge in Finance with practical insights delivered through case studies and guest lectures. The Master of Finance (Professional) program’s small class sizes allow for personalized attention and unparalleled access to Bloomberg terminals and our two trading rooms. The Master of Sport Management / Master of Project Management has been designed to equip students with the expertise in the planning, implementation and management of sporting projects and programs. The combination degree explores the professional challenges and opportunities for managers in the complex international sporting landscape from a grassroots level to elite professional sports organisations and events. The addition of project management skills enables graduates to access more strategic positions in their organisations and to be responsible for overseeing new initiatives involving the management of scope, time, cost and risk. The combined Masters program in Communications and Project Management enables students interested in a career in corporate communications, public relations and strategic and cultural communication to acquire expertise in the planning, implementation and management of projects and programs.
