UNSW’s Master of Property and Development is a 1.7 year, or 1 year accelerated postgraduate degree that will equip you to work at the cutting-edge of a dynamic industry.

You’ll learn the modern principles of property investment, development and management and apply them across different phases of the industry cycle, learning to achieve successful outcomes in financial viability, risk management, sustainability as well as facilities and asset management.

You’ll learn from a team of academics at the front line of international development practice both globally and in Australia, and benefit from real-world experience and expertise.

The UNSW Master of International Relations recognises the complexity and the globalised nature of today’s world, and is specifically designed to advance your understanding of global politics and foreign policy.  Through this degree, you’ll critically examine theories and issues in contemporary world politics. You’ll explore international security, great-power rivalry, regional conflicts, nuclear proliferation, global environmental politics, civil conflict and terrorism, human rights, gender politics, international political economy, development and other pressing international issues.

Alongside this, you’ll learn to understand how these concepts and theories in international relations shape our view of the world. The Master of Translation and Interpreting at UNSW is a two-year full-time postgraduate degree that allows you to specialise in an area relevant to your professional translating and interpreting ambitions.

This degree combines translation studies and interpreting courses with elective courses from applied linguistics to provide you a complementary and comprehensive language education tailored to your interests. The UNSW Master of Engineering Science in Biomedical Engineering is a two-year full-time postgraduate degree offered by the School of Biomedical Engineering. You’ll gain the expertise to work in influential areas related to human health, like biomechanics, medical device design, drug-delivery systems, radiotherapies, telemedicine, robotics, and cell and tissue engineering.  

The Master of Engineering Science (Biomedical Engineering) is designed for graduate engineers. As part of a globally renowned engineering faculty, you’ll learn to apply your knowledge of engineering to drive solutions that support human health.  

The program is designed for students who already have an accredited engineering degree and want to shift their career towards biomedical engineering. You’ll choose up to four courses from relevant disciplines such as electrical, chemical and mechanical engineering, as well as two foundation courses in the subject area.

If you have a degree or extensive professional experience in a related area, you can apply for credit of up to half the program. 

This double degree is for engineers in the fields of physical metallurgy, materials engineering, ceramic engineering or process metallurgy who want to become skilled in technical management and more aware of the economic and social aspects of the engineering profession. The Materials Science component teaches you theoretical and practical skills that will put you at the forefront of innovation in developing materials that are lighter, greener and stronger. The Commerce component provides you with a fundamental understanding of general business principles and allows you to develop specialist knowledge in a business area of your choice. With more than 10 majors to choose from ranging from accounting to human resource management you can design a business degree to suit your interests and career goals.
