Film helps us understand the world around us. If you want to tell stories, share human experiences, document reality, and expand horizons as an experimental art form – film studies set the foundation. This specialisation also takes you into the studio to learn practical film-making skills from industry professionals.

Electrical Engineering encompasses research, design, development, manufacturing and management of complex systems for many different uses. You'll work on mobile phone infrastructure or electricity wires that power cities.

This degree focuses on design, development, manufacturing and management of complex hardware and software systems, and reliable cost-effective devices. This involves the use of new information and computer-intensive technologies. Forensic mental health services assess and treat people with mental health problems who have a history of or are at risk of criminal offending. Professionals in this field might also work in civil legal settings, such as the family court. Forensic mental health is a major consideration for professionals in a range of fields, including medicine, law, nursing, criminology, psychology, occupational therapy and social work.

The Master of Forensic Mental Health was established in response to a local need for trained professionals to work in this expanding field. This progressive degree brings together a diverse cross-section of experiences and perspectives from mental health professionals, members of the legal profession and those involved in the criminal justice system. Through live video discussions, students can exchange viewpoints and insights in an interdisciplinary setting.

Mining Engineering studies the safe, economic and environmentally responsible recovery, processing, marketing and financial management of mineral resources. You’ll complete up to 90 days of work experience consisting of a minimum of 40 days of supervised work in a landscape industry role and 40 days in a design office.
