What you'll learn

This degree is made up of 40 courses. You will do 24 courses in law and 16 courses in marketing.

Laws (Honours)
As a UniSA Law student, you’ll gain valuable skills from day one, including in reasoning, reporting, analysis, negotiation, communication and advocacy.  You will also experience what it's like to argue a case and provide legal advice.

Throughout your degree you will study core courses that teach you the fundamental legal concepts that underpin the Australian legal system. Courses such as torts, contracts, criminal law and constitutional law will give you a good understanding of basic legal principles.

Our Law program also features courses that build your leadership skills, intercultural communication, project management and capacity for community engagement.

You will have the opportunity to have practical learning experiences including mooting, negotiation, and witness examination. You will also engage in a Community Justice project, high-level research or an industry placement, ensuring you’ll be prepared for legal practise upon graduation.

Marketing
You will study core courses such as Accounting and economic theory. You will also learn the latest in specialist areas such as:

The Master of Information Technology (Cyber Security) aims to develop cyber security professionals with advanced knowledge in cyber security governance, risk and compliance (GRC). To ensure you graduate job-ready, significant consultation with industry has taken place to establish both the technical and non-technical expertise demanded by employers. In recent years, calls for cyber security professionals with a strong working-knowledge of GRC in complex organisational environments has significantly increased. As such, this program will build your professional proficiency, as well your ability to examine and implement a range of technology-based cyber security defences to address emerging threats and attacks.

What you'll Learn

The Master of Information Technology (Cyber Security) has been designed to develop foundational, discipline specific knowledge in IT in your first semester of study. From there, you will complete courses that develop your knowledge in governance, risk management and compliance, business practices, network security and cyber criminal behaviour, before completing advanced topics in:

• security operations
• security architectures
• enterprise and cyber physical security, and
• cyber law and digital evidence.

The Master of Management (Arts and Cultural Management) is made up of 16 courses: eight arts and cultural management courses, two business and management courses and six electives. Through these you will develop skills and expertise in areas that include:

This Fast-track to Masters program allows you to fast-track your career by completing an undergraduate and postgraduate degree in just four years. You’ll then branch out into your accounting specialisation, learning cutting edge knowledge and skills in:

• Sustainability accounting
• Global and contemporary accounting issues
• Strategic financial analysis

This degree will develop your knowledge of the global business environment and enable you to maximise your career development opportunities and employment prospects. The two year program comprises 16 courses, including 4 electives and an industry placement/project.  You will start with seven core courses common to all specialisations in the IMBA. Through these you will develop advanced skills and expertise in areas of international management including:

This two year program comprises 16 courses including 4 electives and an industry placement/project. You will start with seven core courses common to all specialisations in the IMBA. Through these you will develop advanced skills and expertise in areas of international management including:

This industry-accredited degree will provide you with a strong foundation of knowledge in accounting combined with business, taxation, auditing, finance and sustainability. You will learn about the current economic, legal and political influences affecting global business as well as develop critical problem solving, decision-making, communication, teamwork and technical skills.

This postgraduate degree is offered as part of a nested suite in Business Administration where each qualification extends to the next, so you can easily transition to the next level qualification. If you decide to exit this qualification having completed the first four courses you will receive a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration. If you complete this qualification and wish to continue your studies, you can use this degree as a pathway and gain credit for successfully completed courses into the Master of Business Administration.

You will further develop business administration skills and knowledge by studying a range of courses including strategic management, managerial finance, international business, ethics, marketing, and leadership.
