The Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSc IT) program is designed to prepare graduates who possess the right combination of knowledge and practical expertise to solve computing technology problems in any organization.

The program provides students with theoretical knowledge and technical skills as well as professional preparedness for IT careers and/or further study (e.g., Masters). Concordia University of Edmonton offers a number of unique, one of a kind programs and one such program is the Bachelor of Management - Conflict Management Emphasis. This is a four year long undergraduate program where students learn to deal with professional level conflicts and other people issues in a corporate environment. The Bachelor of Management - Conflict Management Emphasis program is held in conjunction with the ADR Institute of Alberta (Appropriate Dispute Resolution). 

A number of surveys that were conducted show that, industry leaders, HR and other professionals go through some or the other level of conflict in their daily work lives. Conflict Managers come in handy during such situations and have the skills to deal with a vast array of corporate issues. A number of topics and subjects are chosen which the students study such as Supervision and Conflict Management, and Negotiation and Mediation. Concordia University of Edmonton offers a four yearlong under graduate course in religious study which offers knowledge about religion from different points of view such as skepticism, science, and the secular. Students are educated about religion by means of different disciplines such as philosophy, history, sociology, anthropology, psychology, and theology. As a MISSM graduate, you may not apply for the MISAM degree; however, you may apply for and receive the Graduate Diploma in Information Assurance if you wish to broaden your assurance, information systems audit and governance knowledge.
