This program is specifically designed for those seeking the acquisition of fundamental and versatile skills related to the human phenomenon, necessary for the pursuit of university studies.

The program provides a solid human-centered education, using disciplines such as biology and sociology, with a particular emphasis on psychology. Providing access to many university programs, the Individual and Society profile leads students to identify, analyze and deepen notions of psychology while examining contemporary, local and international social issues.

The program has three profiles: Citizenship and Civilization, International Management and Individual and Society. The first allows you to acquire solid training focused on international reality; the second is an initiation to the basic principles of management and mathematics; the third meet the university prerequisites for psychology and psychoeducation programs.

The Arts, Literature and Communication program is a pre-university program for those who wish to experience media production while enriching their general knowledge in order to better understand and appreciate the different media.

During their DEC in Arts, Letters and Communication - Media, students take part in the vibrant cultural life of Montreal by visiting institutions as well as unusual places. In addition, they are called upon to participate in media events while taking advantage of the city's intercultural environment.
