Critical training
Using your laptop in our Internet-connected classrooms, you'll complete interactive assignments and learn the skills most in demand by today's employers. The two-year program focuses on the higher-level technical and professional skills required if you wish to work in an executive office.

This program gives you a clear pathway to becoming a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). Once you’ve successfully completed this program, you can apply to CPA’s Professional Education Program (PEP) — the final step before you write your Common Final Exam (CFE). Even if you don’t have an accounting background, you’ll soon be on your way to becoming a CPA.

Our 2-year advertising and marketing diploma is designed to teach you everything you need to find communications jobs in Canada. You’ll get foundational knowledge of the advertising business as you learn media development, creative management and account management. You’ll also learn how to develop campaign proposals and determine budgets, getting creative in every aspect of your coursework.

As a program accredited by the Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS), we concentrate on four core areas of software engineering:

You'll study computer hardware (including Computer Architecture and Linux/Unix Operating System) and business practice, management and analysis. Marketing Management

Co-op experience
Following eight months of classroom instruction, eligible students will have the opportunity to participate in a four-month cooperative education placement. Note that this is a competitive process and only qualified students are accepted. Working in the marketing field, you’ll apply your in-class learning and gain valuable work experience that may boost your career—and help you land a great job.

This program prepares you to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control a project to ensure its success. Sheridan’s marketing instructors bring passion and industry experience into the classroom while ensuring curriculum is constantly updated to meet current industry demands.

Specialize or diversify your marketing knowledge
In the first two years of your studies, you’ll build a solid foundation in general business fundamentals. Beginning in Year 3, you can choose from a range of electives, allowing you to specialize in one area of marketing or branch out across various fields. You’ll also put your new skills to work during a mandatory internship and optional co-op.

Internship & Co-op
The Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programs all include a one-semester internship where students will fulfill many of the program learning outcomes and become prepared for future employment. After the completion of a minimum of 60 credits, students may also apply to participate in the BBA Co-op program, which allows students to complete three additional work terms to a total of four work terms. Enrolment in the Co-op program is limited through an additional Co-op application process.

Co-op/Internship allows students to take ownership and responsibility for their own growth and development through practice in real-life employment environments. Our work terms are scenarios where students can apply their critical, creative, and reflective thinking in a way that maximizes their workplace experiences and preparedness for full-time employment after graduation.

Sheridan's BBA Co-op program has built-in flexibility for students to select their path and schedule for Co-op work terms, may lead to paid employment during the work term, and further supports students to develop their entrepreneurial thinking skills and capacity for responsible risk-taking in a complex workplace environment.

Students receive in-class and 1-on-1 career education support to help prepare for their Internship or Co-op work terms. The Co-op/Internship component is delivered by Sheridan's Co-operative Education Office, which facilitates over 1,800 Co-op/Internship work terms per year Sheridan-wide. Creative Industries Management
The creative industries need skilled professionals who understand both the business and creative side of media. Sheridan's Creative Industries Management is a specialized eight-month program designed to prepare graduates as managers and entrepreneurs in the arts. With an understanding of management, financing and marketing you'll be ready for a career in film, television, video games and more.

Marketing Management
The Marketing Management program at Sheridan provides students with the digital marketing expertise that employers are looking for. During this course, students will learn how to:
