You will master the fundamentals of culinary arts, develop your palate and senses by exploring different techniques, ingredients and world cuisines. Students study practical-based courses such as Baking Technology, Human Resource Management, Introduction to Accounting, Management Principles, Baking Ingredients Studies, Food Product Development, Operations Management and Practical Baking Skills in Confectionery, Pastry and Artisan Bread Making. Further, our expert faculty, with their extensive academic & professional experience, acquaint students with the latest developments in the Bakery & Pastry Industry.

The 2-Year MBA in Pharmaceutical Management at Chitkara University has been designed, keeping in view the industry changing dynamics of the industry, and has been divided into 3 basic modules. Essentially, the program provide the students with an overview of the pharmaceutical industry, including information about drug discovery, regulatory requirements, approval processes and the methodologies used by industry to comply with these regulations and the role of key operational units in drug manufacturing processes.
