BA (Hons.) Sociology is a 3-year under graduate program in Sociology with emphasis on a broad study of society and its mechanism. It facilitates the understanding of concepts like social issues in cross-cultural societies, encourages and develops an insight about the forces that serve to form modern society. Students are introduced to basic concepts, intermediate knowledge systems, and also trained to apply practical advanced training in sociology through theoretical grounding, research methods, and evaluation. This program trains students in the wide range of skills traditionally employed by modern sociologists. The aim is to provide students with innovative training for the success of candidates in a wide range of professions.

Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Law- BA LLB (Hons) course provides insights into the policy initiatives within the framework of the constitution and integrates legal studies with aspects of governance. The course is designed not only with the objective of encompassing knowledge of law but also to teach subjects like English, Sociology, Economic, Political Science and History. These courses help to understand how central and state governments function and how legislations are enacted and enforced. M. Tech. Communication Engineering. The course has been designed to train eligible candidates to efficiently design and supervise communication systems, ranging from simple point-to-point communication links to more complex heterogeneous networks. The objective of the program is to prepare professionals working in the areas of telecom/software for the dynamic and continuous changes of the digital/analogue world, and successfully participate towards its future development and research. M. Tech. Communication Engineering programme aims at equipping the students with a knowledge of computer systems and communication engineering. The technical skills and ability to pursue high end research in the field of communication engineering are also provided

B. Sc. Forensic Science program aims to develop the skills necessary to take part in a forensic investigation by providing the experience in examining forensic evidence and case studies. It provides students with detailed contextual knowledge of courses related to forensic science in the broad areas of biology, chemistry, law, and methods of forensic investigation so that they can acquire skills necessary to carry out independent projects

The two-year post-graduate program, M.Sc. Chemistry provides the flavor of advanced research, with an in-depth knowledge of cutting-edge technologies along with an understanding of the specific scientific principles.  The Syllabus covers the advanced theories and applications in all the major areas of chemistry viz. Organic, inorganic and physical chemistry. The curriculum provides a strong foundation in chemistry, biochemistry and other chemistry-related areas for positions as chemists and scientists in industry, teaching at school and junior college level and for studies in the medical and health sciences. Fire and safety engineering refers to precautions that are taken to prevent or reduce the likelihood of a fire that may result in death, injury, or property damage.

It can be defined as the art and science of designing buildings and facilities for life safety and property protection in the event of an unwanted fire with application of scientific and engineering principles. The fire engineering design sectors are at the forefront in ensuring fire safety is maintained and enhanced, without exhausting natural resources or damaging the environment.

This course is designed for the students who dream to be involved in the design of industrial safety solutions along with the fire protection measures through the application of prevailing knowledge and proven techniques. The program enables students to explore the various possibilities of preventing fires.

BA (H) Economics Programme is enriching yet challenging suited to the varying interests and career ambitions of students in the area of economics. This is with an objective to encourage critical, evaluative, and strategic ways of thinking using principles of economics. The objective is to generate an appreciation of the economic dimensions extending to social, political, environmental and international issues. Master of Computer Applications is a two-year post-graduate programme with curriculum primarily based on the development of application software in diverse areas. The programme provides the latest elective courses and with emphasis on project work. The programme is inclined towards application development and lays emphasis on the latest programming languages like Python etc. This programme equips students with the knowledge of the development of application software for diverse fields to solve specific problems for the end users or clients. In addition, the programme also emphasises upon planning, designing and building of complex commercial application software and system software.
