The B.Sc. syllabus emphasizes learning of chemical principles in theory as well as their experimental aspects. After an introductory course in chemical structure and properties, students will take foundational level courses that will show how chemical structure can be used to explain physical, organic, inorganic, and biochemical reactions and how these chemicals and their reactions can be quantitated and modeled mathematically. The students will conduct a series of experiments in the laboratories equipped with modern instrumentation and computers, where they will learn important techniques and skills in synthesis, analysis, separation and modeling of chemical reactions. The students undertake various research projects under the mentorship of faculty members in the institute or external mentors for their bachelor’s level dissertation.

M. Tech. Production Engineering programme includes designing and installation of integrated systems for human and materials, equipment, and processes in order to increase the productivity of goods. It enables the students to solve complex problems related to industrial productivity through analysis of R & D, production, sales, construction, assessment, and maintenance. The graduates aim at higher productivity by adopting integrated design, efficient planning, and operative systems.

BBA LLB – Hons. (Integrated) course emphasizes providing an integrated understanding of law in an environment of Financial Management, Business Administration, and other managerial concepts. It also provides necessary knowledge that is a pre-requisite to obtaining Bar Council registration and undertaking any traditional law-related business, practice.

Diploma in Ophthalmic Technology is a two year diploma program designed to build a trained and qualified professional who assists ophthalmologists in order to diagnose and treat patients. An innovative curriculum of this programme will enable students to get requisite skills for carrying out diagnostic and therapeutic procedures that are standard in ophthalmology. Optometrists are trained professionals involved in diagnosis and treatment of visual defects with the help of optical instruments. Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) is an undergraduate program focused on understanding the core functions of business such finance, accounting, strategy. During the course the students will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for entry level managerial positions in the corporate world, particularly in Logistics Industries.  The curriculum is designed with inputs from Industry practitioners and has an embedded Apprenticeship for the student to get exposure to real-world problems.   During the Apprenticeship the students complete an industry-relevant project and also obtain organizational experience, practicing the theory they learnt on the campus. The core of the program provides students with a solid foundation in the field of management and strategy.  For developing a deeper understanding and developing specialized skills, the students can choose electives in specific areas of interest – Retail, Logistics, finance, marketing, etc.  During the course, students will be sensitized towards the national and global level issues; develop skills and practices that ensure lifelong learning and independent problem-solving.

The study of Psychology is an academic discipline that involves the scientific study of mental functions and behavior. The B.A. Hons, an undergraduate program at GD Goenka is designed to impart the knowledge of various domains of psychology invigorating and apprising the learners of theoretical constructs and practical applicability of the subject. BA (Honours) program in Political Science addresses some of the fundamental problems facing human society. Questions concerning world peace, government policies aimed at achieving economic stability and growth, the management of environmental quality, control over the political competition, the possibility of using the law to affect social and political change and the gap between the rich and poor in India and abroad are all on the research agenda of contemporary political scientists. The program is committed to developing students into citizens who are active and informed on a wide range of political systems: local, state, national and global. B. Sc. in Cardiovascular technology (B.Sc-CVT) is a 3 year regular course program designed to cover all aspects of cardiovascular disease management and care. It involves learning of complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures that involve use of various equipment, computer hardware, tools, machines and pharmacological agents. This program enables students to acquire skills for management of various cardiac disorders. Students will be trained to apply specialized occupational theory, skills and concepts to work independently as qualified cardiovascular technologists and become an integral member of the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology laboratory teams. The CVT’s primary role is to perform, at the direction of a qualified physician, technical procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular injury and disease.

The Master’s program in Construction Engineering and Management is a two-year degree programme. The main aim of the programme is to shape the managerial skills of engineering graduates. The course prepares student to become decision makers and strategists, fulfilling production, commercial and technological demands. With this program, students can acquire knowledge in management science, project management, decision and risk analysis, information technology, finance, lean manufacturing, optimization, supply chain management and various other functional areas of management. Students also gain practical experience in real-world projects. Also, students have exposure to software such as Project Management Software. There is a well-maintained departmental library which is also accessible to students.

The curriculum for the B.Des. Programme inculcates from the very beginning, the importance of design process and critical thinking. Structured to give the students adequate learning both conceptually and skills.
