Production engineering, often known as manufacturing engineering, is concerned with the planning, design, development, and management of diverse processes in order to produce high-quality goods. This discipline of engineering, which is a subset of Mechanical Engineering, is interdisciplinary in nature because it combines science and technology.

The PG program in Power Electronics & Drives is a 2 years full time specialization program opted by students who have been awarded B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Electrical Engineering.The program has been designed keeping in view that in today’s scenario more than 60% electric power generated will be transformed and used by electric drives of machines. Modern microprocessor control and advanced power electronics devices allow versatile speed and torque control of electric machines. The issue of optimal motion control of technical devices is a pressing one, with a solution that will lead to higher productivity. The program has been designed to impart knowledge about power converters & its applications, energy converters, semi-conductors, advanced control systems, neutral networks, digital signal processing and digital control systems.

Meerut offers MCA; a 2-years post-graduate program. Masters in Computer Applications is an advanced course for students willing to strengthen their software and networking skills and gaining in depth knowledge of computer applications. As the world is moving towards automation, there is an increased demand for software and networking experts in almost every sector. MCA program at IIMT University Meerut is intended to provide modern, industry-oriented learning in applied computer science. 

It is two year full time regular degree programme. 

BCA is an application oriented course which aims to create technical wizards who are efficient to work anywhere in the system – develop, code, design and manage database. IIMT University, Meerut is among the top universities for BMLT in UP. BMLT is a three years UG program affiliated to UP State Medical Facility. BMLT involves learning how to collect and process the clinical samples, how to conduct tests on clinical samples, handling equipment, collecting information, making reports and documenting. Physiotherapy means a system which includes comprehensive examination, treatment, advice and instructions to any persons preparatory to or for the purpose of or in connection with movement/functional dysfunction, bodily malfunction, physical disorder, disability, healing and pain from trauma & disease, physical and mental conditions using physical agents, activities & devices including exercise, mobilization, manipulations, electrical & thermal agents and other electro therapeutics for prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, health promotion and fitness.

MPT students undergo extensive training to up skill their learning with latest manual therapies thus setting a benchmark in the industry.
