IIMT University Meerut offers M.A. (Hindi); a two years specialization PG course. The main objective of this program is to expose learners to a wide extent of Hindi literature. M.A. (Hindi) can be pursued after completing graduation in any stream. It essentially involves the study of literature, linguistics, and philosophies, poetry, drama, fiction, literary criticism, literary history and much more. The college follows CBCS based curriculum to provide in depth knowledge and understanding of the subject in a structured way.

Masters in Physical Education and Sports (MPES) is a 2 years semester based program. MPES acquaints the students with the dynamics of physical education and sports activities along with the proficiency in research and offers them professional training as well as knowledge about fitness and sports. The program enables the students to understand various statistical technique application, research data analyzing and interpretation in the field of physical education and sports.

MPES program also offers knowledge and skills of other allied aspects of physical education such as Sports Management & Disaster management with theoretical concepts and practical training to specialize them in the relevant field. Students gain knowledge and develop the critical bent of mind to carryout quantitative and qualitative research in the field of physical education and sports.

The Ph.D in Commerce is a regular research degree of minimum three years.  Doctorate finds opportunity in various projects and hired for comparatively senior positions as compared to their counterpart who are non-doctorate. After successful completion of doctoral degree, students may opt for teaching at universities and UG/PG colleges. They can also go for a post doctoral fellowship. Some of other positions they are hired for are analysts, consultants, and auditors and Professors. 

Masters of Technology in Structural Engineering is a two years full time specialization course that aims to provide civil engineering graduates with an advanced conceptual understanding of analysis and design of structures such as dams, bridges, pipelines, roads, towers & buildings, transport systems, harbors, airports, and railways. During the tenure of the course the students are given detailed knowledge about the designing of the concrete, analysis of structures, structural dynamics, identifying stability of structures, stress analysis and modern steel designs. The curriculum is delivered through various teaching – learning techniques that not only enhance the learning but also develop thinking skills of the student. Lab sessions and projects allow hands on learning experience.

The Ph.D in Education is a regular research degree of minimum three years. Completing a doctoral degree in Education will ensure a career progression and the best job opportunities. After successful completion of doctoral degree, students may opt for teaching at universities and UG/PG colleges. 

M.Sc. Microbiology is a two year full time Post Graduate Degree Programme. This includes the complex study of all microscopic organisms and their effect on Human beings, animals and other natural elements. The objective of the course is to develop intellectual and talented microbiologists and Scientist.

This course helps the students in enhancing the abilities and skills for application of microbiology principles & to solve the problems faced by various industries.
