BBA (Hons.) is a 3- year undergraduate programme divided in six semesters where each semester consists subjects with 48 hours of classroom interactions. A typical week will be of FIVE working days and of 30 hours, including classroom teaching, library sessions and other assignments and practice sessions. Geotechnical Engineering is a special branch of Civil Engineering/Applied Mechanics which focuses on the use of the soil (rocks/boulders/gravel/sand/clay) as an engineering material. The scope is not limited to its use as engineering material but it is also concerned with designing the foundation of structures, stability of the slopes, mining and tunneling.
