In the ever increasing tech world, the demand for cyber security is rapidly increasing. This course helps the students to get familiar with technical tools to prevent, detect, counter and recover from cybernetic attacks or incidents. They practice the prevention of cyber crimes and security of cyber assets of a company. The job opportunities in this course are ample as the demand is very high.

Objective
With reference to the Final assessment of Marwadi University Civil Engineering Material Testing laboratory in the disciplines of Mechanical Testing conducted by National Accreditation Board for Laboratories (NABL) in June 2017, NABL has evaluated the assessment report and decided grant of accreditation in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2005 in the disciplines of Mechanical Testing as per the scope and authorized signatories recommended by the assessment team. With this accreditation, Marwadi University becomes the 1st university in Gujarat, to have a NABL accredited Civil Engineering Material Testing Laboratory which are very few in the country.

Objectives for the course:

• To make the student capable of identifying, analyzing, formulating and solving different civil engineering problems.
• To make them capable of efficiently applying mathematical tools, fundamental knowledge and scientific basis in their word domain.
• To develop a multi-disciplinary approach.To make students able to communicate their ideas in collaboration with other members and preparing effective work plans.

Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (PG DMLT) course is to provide holistic education to students. The preliminary objective is to invoke critical thinking and sense of responsibility in students to serve in healthcare sector. Students will be trained in diverse scientific attributes for disease diagnosis, critical analysis and medical laboratory management. Students will achieve these goals by linking the theoretical knowledge and practical skill sets to process and analyze the real-time clinical samples and deriving amicable and justifiable conclusions. BSc Microbiology is a three-year undergraduate course that comprises the study of microorganisms, this includes various organisms like a unicellular, cluster of microscopic animals, viruses, bacteria, and fungi. This discipline is a key component of the various research in biochemistry and pathology.The Mission of our department is to contribute to the holistic development of students. The primary objective is to provide an educational and research environment in basic and applied concepts of microbiology relevant to the living systems, environment, and industries. The preliminary focus of our department will be to acquaint students with the world of microbiology with hands-on practical training on fundamental techniques of microbiology. Our program will encompass theoretical and practical aspects of advances in scientific research along with interactive sessions with subject experts and regular industrial visits. This training will enhance the problem-solving capability of students. Research projects will be an integral part of our course and which will help our students to think out of the box and work in a team.

On fulfillment of all requirements, post graduate degree of M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering will be conferred with specialization in “Power Electronics and Electrical Drives (PE&ED)”.
