The M.Sc. (Biotechnology) is a fusion of science, medicine, and engineering. It focuses on biology and chemistry along with principles of genetics, microbiology, cellular biology, process design, genetic engineering, and their applications in healthcare or food production. This program prepares the students for biotechnology careers by encompassing a broad range of subjects. Along with the assurance of the competency of the necessary knowledge, the course work fosters problem-solving and critical thinking skills which prepare the student to take on various design and engineering challenges. The field of biotechnology uses living organisms to generate controlled processes or their final products.

The program inculcates an in-depth knowledge of the widespread fashion design process and helps the students to acquire cutting-edge skills to provide impactful design solutions to the perpetually evolving Apparel Industry. The dynamic design pedagogy & able guidance of experts help students to strengthen their awareness of the fashion clothing industry & identify the domain and function where they can contribute the most.

The course equips the students with the methodical understanding of form, material & technologies to provide sustainable design solutions and endorse the idea of originality. The program is designed to give in-depth exposure and hands-on R&D experience to the candidates in the respective areas.

The program offers extensive knowledge and expertise in food making, research, and development. A food scientist studies the nature and quality of food along with designing and managing food processing equipment. It includes coursework in areas of nutrition, food packaging, quality control management, basic food chemistry, and human physiology, etc. This course familiarizes the students with advanced-level developments of new and healthy eating trends. They are trained to tackle issues such as the nutritional significance of processed food in the diet, functional food items, the importance of nutrition labeling and nutrition claims, catering technology, and nutritional quality. Alongside developing current techniques in food analysis, food structure, and food processing, the students are imparted with advanced lessons in nutraceuticals and their relationship to health and diseases.

Microbiology, one of the three classical disciplines in the biological sciences, is an extremely diverse and complex field, dealing with the study of shape, structure (morphology), genetic and metabolic processes in microscopic and sub-microscopic organisms. It is a constantly changing and advancing science, spawning the evolution of modern scientific disciplines with practical applications for diverse areas including microbial biotechnology, genetic engineering, immunology, molecular biology, and genomics. The program equips the students with the advanced knowledge and skills required to embark on future research or employment in industries striving to solve major global challenges in the health, energy, and environmental sectors.

The program is designed to give in-depth exposure and hands-on R&D experience to the candidates in the respective areas.

The curriculum of this course is completely based on the model curriculum of the Bar Council of India, New Delhi and is at-par with National Law Universities. The course has also introduced subjects such as I.P.R., Cyber Law, Mass Media Law, Patent Law, etc.

The globalization movement has opened new opportunities for the business world. Almost all the countries in the world have witnessed a sharp rise in their GDP growth. A candidate with a BBA degree can exploit these opportunities and very easily find a job of his/her caliber. After BBA, a student can also go for a Master's degree in the field of management. Future Aspects: After successful completion of BBA, students can join as expert professionals in the fields of management, finance, human resource management, and also marketing. In fact, every graduate is eligible for professional studies such as CA, ICWA, ACS, MBA, or other Masters Programs in Commerce / Management.
