Mody University of Science and Technology offers 2-year M. Tech in Nuclear Science & Technology (NST) program. The curriculum covers basic concepts of nuclear science and engineering, plasma physics and fusion reactors, nuclear safety, nuclear waste disposal technology, radioactivity in the environment, and applications of radiation and radio-isotopes in industry and medicine. The Bachelor of Food & Nutrition aims to provide graduates with a thorough understanding of food and human nutrition, as preparation for careers in various fields related to the promotion of health at individual and community levels. During the course, students will study biosciences, principles of nutrition, food science, nutrition and disease, nutritional needs over the lifespan and for sports performance, and the social and public health aspects of nutrition.

The course has been designed around the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. The students are trained in all disciplines of Forensic Science and Law. They are exposed to several forensic fields such as forensic chemistry and toxicology, forensic biology, DNA profiling, question documents, and fingerprinting.
