The program is of two years in length (4 semesters), meant for candidates desiring to pursue post-graduate programme in education. Besides preparing teacher educators, the program also aims to prepare educational administrators, supervisors and researchers. The M.Ed. programme comprises of theoretical courses including specialized courses in disciplines of education and related practical/field work including exposure to and training in a teacher education institution. In addition, research work in the form of a dissertation forms an essential part of the programme. The program also provides opportunities for students to extend and deepen their knowledge and understanding of education by specializing in selected areas including Teacher Education and concurrently acquire research related skills.

Master of Arts in Punjabi is a postgraduate Punjabi Course. Punjabi includes a comprehensive and thorough study of Punjabi as a discipline at an advanced level.

The Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering is an research-based degree. A PhD Mechanical Engineering can open many doors for career opportunities for candidates who want to specialize in one of the several sub-disciplines such as mechatronics, robotics, mechanics, thermodynamics, design and thermo-science. PhD deals with the candidate development in the field of research and development related to Mechanical Engineering and other correlated fields. Electrical engineering is a field of engineering that generally deals with the study and application of electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism.B. Tech Electrical Engineering has now subdivided into a wide range of subfields including electronics, digital computers, power engineering, telecommunications, control systems, radio-frequency engineering, signal processing, instrumentation, and microelectronics. The subject of electronic engineering is often treated as its own subfield but it intersects with all the other subfields, including the power electronics of power engineering.

This is a Bridge Course program and catering to the needs of working professionals like community pharmacists and healthcare pharmacists. The course consists of a degree certificate which will be conferred at the end of the program, as prescribed in the regulations and additional qualification to be entered in Register of Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948. The course is designed at par with global regulations and address the needs of the consumer. In the current situation, the challenges in the pharmacy profession seem to be never-ending and therefore subjects like social pharmacy, pharmacoeconomics, patient counseling and human resource management, Novel Drug Delivery Systems, Drug Store Management, Cold Chain systems and are an integral part of the course curriculum.

M.Sc. (Botany) is the scientific study of plants, or multicellular organisms, that carry on photosynthesis. Botanists examine both the internal functions and processes within plant organelles, cells, tissues, whole plants, plant populations and plant communities. At each of these levels, a botanist may be concerned with the classification of plant life. Modern botany is a broad, multidisciplinary subject with inputs from most other areas of science and technology. Various Research topics in the field of Botany cover a wide range of Scientific disciplines that include the study of Plant sctructure, Growth and Differentiation, Reproduction, Metabolism, Biochmistry, Diseases, Systematics & Plant taxonomy, Ecology, Chemical properties and Evolutionary relationships between different groups.
