The Mathematical department provides a solid collegiate math education to every USS student but continues its offerings to include high-level specializations such as statistical forecasting, digital encryption, and mathematical modeling.

The students acquire knowledge in the field of social sciences, literature and humanities which make them sensitive and sensible enough. The B.A. graduates will be acquainted with the social, economic, historical, geographical, political, ideological and philosophical tradition and thinking. The program also empowers the graduates to appear for various competitive examinations or choose the post graduate programme of their choice. The B. A. program enables the students to acquire the knowledge with human values framing the base to deal with various problems in life with courage and humanity. The M.Sc. in Medical Radiology & Imaging Technology is a higher degree course suitable for graduates having experience in the technology of medical imaging science. It is specifically aimed at those pursuing a professional career in MEDICAL IMAGING TECHNOLOGY. It is designed to provide specialized training in the scientific principles of modern imaging science and in the application of these principles in the field of radio diagnosis and imaging.V

B.Tech CSE is designed to enable students to build intelligent machines, software, or applications with a cutting-edge combination of machine learning, analytics and visualization technologies. The main goal of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning is to program computers to use example data or experience to solve a given problem. This programme discusses AI methods based in different fields, including neural networks, signal processing, control, and data mining, in order to present a unified treatment of machine learning problems and solutions. This programme is for students who want to acquire the ability to design intelligent solutions to problems in a variety of domains and business applications and fields such as natural language processing, text mining, robotics, reasoning and problem-solving, a career with exceptional prospective fields and challenging roles in a futuristic industry.

B.COM LLB course is 5 years integrated courses. At the end of the 5 years, the students will be awarded an integrated B.A.LL.B/B.Com LL.B degree. The students will be taught a blend of both, Non-Law and Law subjects in the first three years of the Degree Programme. The last two years will incorporate only law subjects.

Chemistry is based upon choice base credit system with an inter/multidisciplinary approach to provide insights in various aspects of Inorganic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry and Computational Chemistry. The program is based upon cultivation of the interest of the students in Theoretical and Experimental Chemistry and enabling them to build a successful career in academics, industry or research. The programme includes sub-disciplines of Biochemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Photochemistry and more. The program carries out overall development of the students by providing the intellectual, scientific and practical exposure through industrial/scientific visits, seminars, workshops, trainings, dissertation etc.

Mechanical engineers use the principles of energy, materials, and mechanics to design and manufacture machines and devices of various types. Mechanical engineers create the systems and processes that are responsible to drive the technology and the industry.

B. Tech Mechanical engineering is one of the broadest engineering disciplines. Mechanical engineers work on power-producing machines such as electric generators, internal combustion engines, steam and gas turbines. They also work on power-using machines such as refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment, machine tools, material-handling systems, elevators, escalators, industrial production equipment, and robots used in manufacturing.
