B. Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is a four-year undergraduate programme imparting fundamental knowledge in core disciplines such as control systems communications radio frequency design signal processing microelectronics microprocessors power generation and electrical machines.

Bachelor of Computer Application is a three-year undergraduate program aimed to shape students in contemporary knowledge of fundamentals to comprehend applicative technology towards efficient solutions for industrial and real-life problems.
The course curriculum inculcates social awareness, communication skills & professionalism to work as a team in maintaining diverse environments towards the betterment of society.

Software engineering is a unique and scientific field that includes all aspects of software production from business strategy to design and coding, testing, quality and management of large-scale complex software systems. Software engineers develop video games, internet applications, run computer networks and implement computer security measures for an organization. 

M. Tech. Electronics & Communication Engineering (VLSI Technology) is a two-year post-graduate programme encompassing the advanced study of modern Electronics and Communication techniques. This specialized programme focuses on instilling skills related to design, development, observation, and application of VLSI Technology.

The VLSI Technology program will cover the fundamentals and engineering aspect of designing and developing IC based systems. Traditionally, VLSI technology has emerged out as a successful collection of two streams: namely material science and electrical engineering.

The state of the art VLSI technology requires research in physical devices as well as novel design and development of electrical circuits. The program will focus on developing hands-on skill of designing semiconductor devices and circuits, architecting systems using embedded components such as, CPU, memory and peripherals.

Students will be trained in several topics that cut across different domain, starting from lowermost level of physical devices to the top level of application development. B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering is a 4 years full time graduate course which is divided into 8 semesters. This course is designed and taught primarily to impart hands on experience to the students in the field of automobile engineering with the basis as mechanical engineering. The students are made familiar with modern technologies involved in fabrication and working of all types of automobiles and auto components. The primary focus is to provide the students with the skills for their growth in the automobile sector.

M.Tech. in Civil Engineering with specialisation in Geotechnical and Earthquake  Engineering is a two-year postgraduate programme that involves the study of the performance of various kinds of soil under the influence of loading forces and soil-water interactions. This programme trains students to assess the risks from natural hazards such as wind earthquakes landslides etc. and helps them analyse, plan, construct foundations and support structures in such a way that ensure minimum collateral damage in critical situations.

The curriculum for this programme equips students to understand and implement the principles of soil mechanics and rock mechanics for investigation and study of subsurface materials & conditions. Post completion of this programme, students will be able to identify, generate and interpret data, apply numerical methods for modelling, and analyse problems, evaluate the quality of data through testing and measurement equipment and test critical hypotheses using logical and consistent quantitative or qualitative arguments.

Tech (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) Industrial Automation is a two-year post-graduate programme that deals with the study of the use of control devices to control industrial processes and machinery. The coursework of the programme covers important aspects of modern industrial automation such as Autonomous Systems, Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, Embedded Systems, Modeling and Control Systems.

The programme offers students the opportunity to work on live projects where they design, create, and control automated devices as well as conduct research and write theses. Bachelor of Science in Electronics with a Specialization in Robotics and Automation is a three-year graduate program designed to provide students with a comprehensive and deep understanding of technology and current practices in electronic engineering along with its applications in robotics, including digital systems and control systems.

Tech Mechanical Engineering with specialisation in Production & Industrial Engineering is a two-year post-graduate programme that equips students with a holistic knowledge of various disciplines including engineering sciences, manufacturing technology, management science, and optimization of complex processes, systems, or organisations. The programme trains students to devise efficient systems that integrate machines, workers, materials, information, and energy to provide a service or make a product.

M.Tech. (Biotech) Genetic Engineering is a two-year postgraduate programme that deals with the study of direct manipulation of an organism's genes using biotechnological techniques. The programme draws focus on topics like molecular genetics, immuno-biology, recombinant DNA technology, pharmacogenomics, stem cell technology and others.

This M. Tech program is of four semesters. It will be providing necessary theoretical background, insight into general and technical aspects of Cryptology and Cyber Security, analytical methods and management practices in the field of Cyber Security and related areas for moldings the student into an Information/cyber security professional.

The entire program will focus on cryptology and communication security, Streaming data analytics over networks, Data Center Security, Cryptanalysis through linguistics, heuristics, statistical learning, machine learning, and analysis of hardware and embedded systems security. These courses will also focuses on theory and practice of authentication, authorization, and access control techniques.
