M.Tech. (Biotech) Genetic Engineering is a two-year postgraduate programme that deals with the study of direct manipulation of an organism's genes using biotechnological techniques. The programme draws focus on topics like molecular genetics, immuno-biology, recombinant DNA technology, pharmacogenomics, stem cell technology and others.
Through this programme, students gain knowledge about finding newer and better methodologies for the betterment of the human race at large. Research, agriculture, industrial biotechnology and medicine are some of the fields that use Genetic engineering techniques.

The post-graduate programme incorporates a balance of both theory and practical sessions to give students an excellent head start on the career ladder. Upon completion, students can either pursue doctoral studies in the same discipline or establish a career in the research field.

Bachelor of technology (CSE) Bioinformatics is a four-year undergraduate programme that combines the study of information technology and computer science with the study of biology and medicine to understand the working of the human body. B. Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is a four-year undergraduate programme imparting fundamental knowledge in core disciplines such as control systems communications radio frequency design signal processing microelectronics microprocessors power generation and electrical machines.

B. Tech in Computer Science (Cloud Technology and Virtualization) is an undergraduate programme with advanced learning solutions imparting knowledge of advanced innovations in the field of cloud technologies and virtualization. 

On the front of Cloud Technology, It is an on-demand technology where users utilize the IT resources over the internet platform and work on pay-per-use mechanisms instead of the previous subscription-based technologies. Where on the front of Virtualization, It gives idea about the technology to generate virtual instances of computer resources for multiple uses of the same physical resource. The Course include the fundamentals and detailed introductions of such virtualization technologies which are capable of virtualizing the resources as the server, storage, networks, and operating systems and provide them as a service on demand bases. This specialisation is designed to enable students to build/ configure the smart on demand services / software, or applications with a combination of cutting-edge technical solutions for individual and business problems as analytics and business visualisation. The main objective of the course is to prepare student as industry-ready that’s why this programme is design with strong industry linkage and offer students adequate flexibility to pursue electives and projects of their choice. M.Sc. in Computer Science is a two-year post-graduate programme with the objective to develop human resources with core competence in various thrust areas of Computer Science. Since then the department has endeavoured to educate and train its students to develop proficiency in each sector of biotechnology. The scheme of courses has been designed keeping in the demand trend in mind. A conscious effort has been made so that curriculum of each programme integrates courses of biological sciences and engineering together with relevant laboratory programs and a compulsory research project of variable duration. M. Tech (Biotech) Plant Biotechnology is a two-year post-graduate programme streamlined to provide information about the biotechnology methods in plants. The programme revolves around equipping students with a deep understanding of all the types of biotechnology processes, including both classical and modern methods. It trains students in detecting and mapping genes, discovering their functions, breed them, and transfer them for developing specific traits into plants where they are needed.

B.Tech in Computer Science in IOT & application imparts firm foundation in computer science wireless communication and computer networks. The programme equips students with strong skill for sensor network design and network planning for IoT.
