Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Law (BBA + LLB) is a five-year integrated dual degree course which provides an integrated study of management studies and legislative law in an entirely independent manner.

This integrated course trains students in two different fields – commerce and legislative regulations – as a comprehensive concept for five years duration. The program provides students with a vast knowledge of business, commerce and law subjects that are crucial in the professional world such as Business Statistics, Business Communication, Auditing, Economics, as well as Law of Contract, Law of Taxation, Media Law, Competition Law, Corporate Law, International Trade Law, Corporate Finance, Investment Law, Corporate Restructuring, and the likes.

UPES provides a unique and focused Integrated B.Sc-M.Sc program with specialization in analytical chemistry. The specialization equips students with extensive knowledge allowing them to opt for various careers in academics, industries and research fields. Students who are enrolled in integrated B.Sc.-M.Sc. with specialization in Analytical Chemistry program, can enhance their skills related to evaluation, measurement, and interpretation of scientific data. The plethora of research area among the faculty members provides an understanding of different future oriented aspects of chemistry.  The Laboratory courses are designed to offer comprehensive knowledge and hands on experience on sophisticated techniques. The last semester of the program is dedicated to dissertation work making students aware about the application of concepts on real-life challenges. Pharmaceutical Biotechnology can be defined as that branch of study which applies principles of biotechnology in development of therapeutics. This is one of the fastest growing areas in the pharma sector. Development of diagnostics as a point of care using pharmaceutical Biotechnology is widespread in todays’ world. Common biopharmaceutical products include proteins, antibodies, aptamers, recombinant DNA products, gene therapy, engineered enzyme, etc.  Pharmaceutical biotechnology companies develop tailor-made medicine for maximum therapeutic effects. A majority of therapeutic drugs in the current market are pharmaceutical application biotechnology principles such as antibodies, nucleic acid products and vaccines.

This multidisciplinary course has broad scope not only with theoretical knowledge, but with skill development opportunities and also focuses on practical content, exposure to pre-clinical studies and marketing. This course will cover all the technologies associated with production, manufacturing and registration of biological drugs. The specialisation will equip students to implement environment-friendly and sustainable solutions in the construction of buildings. In this specialisation students will have an understanding of concepts such as Algorithm, data structures, OOPS concepts with Java and Advanced Java, with databases and software engineering design processes. This core competency is catered to students and concepts of Development and Operation are translated along with core competencies at appropriate positions.

B.Tech computer science with specialization in computational stability imparts knowledge on how to apply techniques from computer science and related disciplines to help manage the balance of environmental, economic and societal needs for sustainable development. In this course, students study recent computational approaches that have contributed to addressing sustainability topics related to biodiversity, climate, environment, urban design, transportation, buildings and others.

The program is designed to provide students an increased knowledge and comprehensive understanding of mathematics, particularly in algorithms, fluid mechanics, differential equations, probability and stochastics, and optimisation.
