State-of-the-art laboratories, project-based learning environment and regular industrial visits (every semester) are conducted to amplify practical exposure and hand-on experience of the students.

M.Sc. (Physics) specialization in Material Science is a two-year program which aims to equip students both with the advanced concepts in Physics as well as hands on training in synthesis and characterization of novel materials, finding applications in myriad domains including but not limited to health, sanitation, defense, clean energy harvesting (solar cells, fuel cells, hydrogen storage, etc.), aerospace, semiconductors industry, etc. Students will also get an opportunity to learn Computational Materials Science, in which they will be equipped with various simulation software/techniques and advanced numerical algorithms to simulate materials via computers. Students taking admission in this program will have opportunity to work with faculty members having exceptional academic and research credentials in theoretical and experimental materials science. Students will also have access to state-of-the art material synthesis and characterization instruments installed in the campus. 

The course is a concoction of the study of commerce and law. By completing this integrated course, a student can learn about two different professional fields. The specialised law course, in its five-years duration, equips the students with the knowledge of both commerce and legislative regulations as a comprehensive concept.

Medical law is the branch of law, which concerns the prerogatives and responsibilities of medical professionals and the rights of the patient. It is not the same as medical jurisprudence, which is a branch of medicine, rather than a branch of law.

This course has been designed to include all fundamental and advanced concepts of health and medical law at the national and global level to make learners well-versed with the developments in medical field, health sector, and their legal aspects.

Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Law (BBA + LLB) is a five-year integrated dual degree course which provides an integrated study of management studies and legislative law in an entirely independent manner.

This course has been designed to examine the interactions between food production and consumption, health, and environment through environmental and food justice lenses. Building on concepts developed in food systems, it explores topics such as public health disparities and their structural causes, environmental toxins in the food system and their impact on workers and consumers, as well as policies that have or could affect these outcomes, in both historical and contemporary contexts.

Apart from conceptual discussion and debates, the program also includes field trips and/or guest lectures to give practical experience to the learners.

The program trains students to apply skills learnt in a classroom along with industry exposure in a developmental context. This prepares students for leadership positions – both in intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship scenarios. Integrated (B.Des) - (M.Des) in Fashion Design introduces students to a combination of traditional craft techniques with digital technologies to transform concepts from two-dimensional fabrics into three-dimensional forms. The programme covers all aspects of the design process, from trend analysis, research and design development, drawing and illustration, colour and fabric development, historical and cultural studies, translation of ideas from 2D to 3D through to presentation, marketing and business development.

Aerodynamics is the science of moving air and its impact on solid bodies placed in the flow field as an obstacle. Being a sub-field, most of the equations from fluid dynamics apply to aerodynamics as well, including all the governing equations, turbulence, boundary layer theory, and ideal gas assumption. Racing cars and wind turbines are examples of technologies outside of aerospace in which aerodynamics engineering play a prominent part. Aerodynamic engineering often uses a mix of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), wind tunnel work and ultimately flight-testing to achieve a solution. CFD is widely accepted as a key tool for aerodynamic design. Reynolds Average Navier-Stokes (RANS) solutions are a common tool, and methodologies like Large Eddy Simulation (LES) that were once confined to simple canonical flows (isotropic turbulence in a box, channel flow), are moving to complex engineering applications.
