As you develop production content in a broadcasting and radio studio, you’ll also have access to facilities for live edits of your material. We’ll give you the skills to use graphics and visual construction to communicate material for branding and audiences.

Opportunities will arise to work in our in-house media training facility on collaborative projects.

As part of your course you’ll:

If you take a paid work placement in your third year you’ll develop and enhance your employability skills. Past students have completed placements with companies including Mercedes Benz, Price Waterhouse Cooper and high street retail banks.

Project management is an important facet of organisations across all sectors and industries. Accredited by the Association for Project Management (APM), this course will teach you how to work effectively with others and cultivate the range of technical skills required to be able to deliver projects effectively.

As part of your course, you’ll:

• Manage the people, time and financial resources that are required to deliver successful projects
• Enhance your knowledge of the principles, roles and techniques of project management
• Learn how to use contemporary digital technologies, including project management software
• Develop the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
