Psychology
Psychology is essentially the study of what makes us tick—the examination of mental processes and human behavior across the lifespan and across cultures. Suffolk University's Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE) program is the first of its kind in the Boston area. An interdisciplinary major that draws from three academic departments, PPE will give you a foundation in policy, ethics, and economics. Business Economics
As a Business Economics major, you’ll refine the critical thinking, quantitative reasoning, and communication skills that employers want, allowing you to enter many different fields, such as banking, insurance, management, and government.

The Finance major focuses on the evolving demands of the global financial environment. You'll be introduced to the latest educational technology, including Compustat, CRSP, StockTrak, Bloomberg, and Morningstar. Our trading room provides a simulated environment where you can analyze the latest stock quotes and compare currency exchange rates, just as professional traders do.

And you’ll learn from faculty who have real-world business experience at companies such as Ford Motor Company, Rho-Theta Associates, and Delta Partners LLC. Your professors offer a first-hand global perspective, having lived, worked, and studied in countries like Tunisia, China, Uganda, and Iran.
