The Data Science Specialization is only for students majoring in Computer Science. This specialization is well suited to those Computer Science majors who enjoy working with data-oriented systems or the exploration of ‘big data’.

The Intelligent and Autonomous Systems Specialization is only for students majoring in Computer Science (BS). This specialization is well suited to those Computer Science majors who want to focus on the increased role computer systems have in making decisions and behaving autonomously.

he Mathematics Specialization is only for students majoring in Computer Science, B.S. This specialization is well suited to those computer science majors who are interested in pursuing advanced studies or careers in the analytical aspects of computing. Students interested in a dual major with Mathematics should select this specialization.

Embark on a successful global business career with a degree in International Business from RWU. Our program combines a solid business core with studies in international finance, management, marketing, economics, foreign language and trade with the European Union. Through internships, study abroad experiences and exchange programs, you’ll gain hands-on experience as you learn how to think globally about business.

Security in the 21st century transcends law enforcement and government service to encompass many disciplines -- and many avenues to career success. As a Security Assurance Studies major, you’ll learn how to become a security professional who makes sound decisions in the face of dynamic local, national and global issues. This broad interdisciplinary program allows you to specialize in the area of security that interests you most, whether that’s modern languages or computer science.

The Civil Engineering Specialization is only for students majoring in Engineering, B.S. Students specializing in Civil Engineering must complete all of the requirements for the Engineering, B.S. degree.

Our unique Anthropology + Sociology program combines the ideas and methods of these two social sciences into an integrated study of social change, diversity and cultural awareness, both locally and globally. You’ll build strong hands-on research skills to prepare you for a career in community and social service or an advanced degree in law, education, social work or public policy.

The Custom Specialization is only for students majoring in Computer Science. This specialization is well suited to those computer science majors who wish as broad an educational experience as possible. It is also well suited to those who may wish to focus their electives to pursue a minor in the network security field.

As a Biochemistry major, you’ll delve into the science at the intersection of biology and chemistry: the biological applications of chemistry and the chemical processes necessary for biological life to exist. Through RWU’s rigorous coursework in subjects such as bioinformation, neurobiology and biotechnology combined with research and internships, you’ll be well prepared for graduate study and your future career.
