An MBA Concentration in Cannabis Commercialization is an ideal option for those that want to expand their career options in or adjacent to the rapidly evolving cannabis industry. The rapidly evolving cannabis industry is anticipated to become a multi-billion dollar economic driver across the USA - and beyond. Career opportunities related to cannabis are vast, and cross-over talent is in high demand. Plant-touching verticals such as cultivation, extraction, manufacturing, and/or retail need experts from other industries to adapt, extend, and expand best practices into the highly regulated cannabis market. There is strong and growing demand for ancillary businesses complementing and serving the cannabis industry, with potential career pathways in services such as accounting and tax, finance and banking, data analysis, marketing and branding, supply chain, and human resources.

A  full range of theatre and dance production opportunities complements coursework and allows students to develop performance and production skills by creating live theatre.  All students may participate in the department's annual faculty-directed mainstage and/or student productions. These projects provide students with practical experience as performers, directors, designers and technicians, and enhances skills learned in the classroom.

Concentration in Musical Theatre
Become a well-rounded theater performer, not just a voice in a chorus. Meet with a private vocal instructor every semester for intensive singing lessons to best prepare you for auditions.

Unlike traditional programs, you will develop skills in all aspects of performance and overlap with Dance, Acting, and Design/Tech majors. Learn about acting, script analysis, movement, dance, improvisation, literature and musical theater history.

The Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Wellness (formerly Community Health) prepares graduates for a wide range of careers in public health, community health, wellness and health promotion.  The curriculum includes courses in the areas of health program planning, implementation and evaluation;  wellness coaching, stress management  and behavior change; and nutrition and exercise science.  Relevant current issues related to social justice, global and environmental sustainability and addressing worldwide pandemic threats are also explored.

Rowan University integrates the study of dance within a liberal arts curriculum that prepares students for lifelong learning. Housed within the Department of Theatre and Dance, a multidisciplinary program committed to experimentation and collaboration, the BA in Dance creates informed artists whose technical training in movement and performance is coupled with intellectual engagement.

Rowan's Physics major balances general physics courses that develop analytical skills needed for any career direction with more advanced courses in highly technical areas. The department also offers coursework in astronomy and astrophysics. Personal attention is a hallmark of the program: enrollment in laboratory-based physics classes is limited to 24 students per section, and all lectures and labs are taught by faculty, not teaching assistants. In our junior-level Research Methods courses, students will have access to state-of-the-art equipment as they plan and execute a project under the direction of our research faculty. Physics majors can enter fields such as education, going on to teach at the secondary level, or pursue an advanced degree to become a college profesor and/or conduct research; others may enter fields such as busiess, computers, engineering, finance, law, and medicine.

Our Master of Arts in History is tailored toward increasing competence in historical studies for preparatory or supplementary teaching, on both the high school or community college level. It is also appropriate if you are seeking qualification for admission to a doctoral program at another institution or if you are pursuing an advanced-level liberal education for intellectual challenge and personal fulfillment. We offer a thesis and non-thesis track.
