Journalism
Become an expert in delivering news across multiple platforms. With emphases on writing, research, and visuals in traditional, online, and social media, graduates will be able to compete in this evolving digital industry.

You will feel right at home as a geography major. Take advantage of the special emphases in Latin American and East Asian geography. Get heavily involved in hands-on research projects and the student-run Geography and Anthropology Society.

Kinesiology is the study of human movement and the practice of helping people understand how their body performs, how to maintain proper physical health, and how to maximize their body's potential.

Health and Physical Education Teacher Certification: This concentration prepares you to teach health and physical education, as well as coach in a variety of settings.

The major has a low teacher-student ratio, so small classes are guaranteed. Graduates are prepared for employment and post-graduate study. Those choosing post-graduate study are ready for pre-med, pre-law, pre-dental, pre-vet, pre-Masters of Public Health, and pre-disciplinary graduate study. A concentration in theatre performance prepares you to enter a graduate program or pursue a professional career in theatre, film, television, and related fields. Aspiring actors immerse themselves in a variety of performance disciplines including in-depth, sequential training in stage movement/physical theatre, voice, and acting.
