The Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree prepares individuals for the responsibilities of management in a wide variety of business and non-business endeavors. Program length is approximately one year of full-time study for a student with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Political Science

Political science seeks to reveal the patterns of behavior associated with politics, to explain the functioning of political and governmental institutions, to appraise alternative public policies, and to assess the government's role in society.

What Will I Learn
Within this program, you will gain critical thinking skills including, creative thinking, innovation, inquiry and analysis, evaluation, and synthesis of information. You will also demonstrate communication skills including, the effective development, interpretation, and expression of ideas through written, oral, and visual communication. With this degree, you will gain empirical and quantitative skills, including the manipulation and analysis of numerical data or observable facts resulting in informed conclusions.

This program of study provides a broad-based business background for those persons who are interested in a business career but do not wish to specialize in a specific functional area.

The general business curriculum includes a study of various business disciplines that provides a broader competency base for those who may want to work in or to manage small businesses or selected not-for-profit organizations.
