The Bachelor of International Relations prepares you for a fascinating career in a globalising world. Global and regional interdependence means that no state is unaffected by developments beyond its borders. Prosperity and security are based on international orientations. Businesses, governments, and organisations need people equipped with relevant professional skills and competencies in International Relations. You will explore a rich variety of interconnected issues in International Relations and the factors which shape them, including war and peace on our planet, human security, diplomacy, governance and the influence of climate change on the future world. You will gain insight into politics, economy and diplomacy both in Australia and other world geographic regions. An in-depth understanding of the world around us and the skills needed for its interpretation equip you for future employment in International Relations and many other areas where such capacities are required.

The Master of Professional Psychology will provide selected Psychology graduates with a fifth year of professional training in Psychology. The degree will incorporate both coursework and supervised training and practice with the aim to provide students with a thorough grounding in professional practice to meet the accreditation standards set by APAC. 

On completion of this program, students will be able to seek registration as a general Psychologist following a further sixth year of approved supervised practice.

The Bachelor of Digital Transformation prepares graduates for professional and trans-disciplinary roles in the modern ever-changing work environment with the inclusion of an immersive industry-based learning program. The Bachelor of Business Data Analytics (3 Year Program) program is focused on using data analytics techniques to improve business decision making.  It is a quantitative program, combining elements of statistics, computing, big data and machine learning. The Bachelor of Business Data Analytics (3 Year Program) is taught via smaller classes for personalised attention and unparalleled access to facilities like the Bond University Business School’s Big Data Centre. The program develops students’ skills in the development and understanding of analytics and analytic techniques and focuses on how these techniques can be used to solve real-world business problems and better inform evidence-based decision making. Employment opportunities include working in business as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or statistics consultant.

The Bachelor of Criminal Justice and Criminology equips you with the practical and analytical skills needed in this rapidly changing world. Given shifting perceptions of crimes and harms and social inequities, this program interrogates profiles, patterns and trends, public and media influence on policy in how states respond, and situates crime events involving offenders, victims, and communities within cultural and historical contexts. It provides you with the knowledge and industry-facing practice that will help lead cultural and systemic change across a wide range of justice-oriented organisations.

The program encompasses theoretical and practical aspects of current and anticipated opportunities in the criminal justice workforce to gain a competitive advantage in employability outcomes. Subjects include criminal justice, cybercrime, criminal law, explanations for crime, miscarriages of justice and crime prevention.  You will be prepared with industry-relevant capacity for career options in justice-related positions across private, government, not-for-profit agencies aligned with professional roles in support, policy and research sectors.

The combined Masters degree in International Relations and Project Management enables students interested in a career in diplomacy, international trade, government and business to acquire expertise in the planning, implementation and management of projects and programs. The addition of project and program management skills enables you to access more strategic positions in your organisation and to be responsible for overseeing new initiatives involving the management of scope, time, cost and risk. You will graduate with a Master of International Relations and a Master of Project Management upon completion. The combined program is internationally recognised by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
